Review:
"Garage Cabinets"
First off, let me just say that I love my Black and Decker garage cabinets. I purchased them about 1 year ago from Lowe's Home Improvement on a whim, and I've never regretted the purchase. The construction of these cabinets is very durable. They are constructed of pressed wood that is sealed in between layers of impact resisting coating. The instructions for wall hanging were easy to install, and the cabinet feels very secure once in place. The inside is spacious, usually contains one to two shelves, and can hold almost anything. The one drawback, would have to be the hardware that is included in the box is not the best choice for installation (at least in my mind). The wall mounting system comes with three two-inch screws, with at least one screw needing to be in the stud of the wall. The spaces for the screws in the given support are spaced out so that it is really only possible to install one screw into the stud, while the others must go into the wall board. I was able to screw into the stud with the given hardware, but I chose to use molley-bolts in order to hold more weight, in a more secure position. With that being said, there are no other issues to speak of. I've haven't had to replace or repair it since I've bought them. I would absolutely recommend these to anyone looking for rugged garage cabinets with a superior finish, and great visual appearance.
