"Hall bathroom"
We had our hall bathroom cabinet installed by Mike Miller. He was on time, efficient, and accomodating. We had to have some adjustments and Mike made them as we requested. We are very satisfied with the service Mike provided.

"Gillan cabinets - coconut with almond glaze"
we went to several places pricing cabinets, finally settled with Lowes and Diamond cabinets -- Robin at Lowes was great, contractor - Andy was great; countertop place for quartz countertop --great --- cabinets --not great infact I would never buy from them again -- We bought all plywood cabinets and their quality control on these is terrible. out of 18 cabinets -- 8 doors were terrible quality -- you could see where they were put together --then no patching material added -- just painted so you could see all the cracks in seams -- we reordered these 8 doors -- 3 perfect -- the other 5 -- I could not believe -- 1 door wasn't even the right size or color -- other 4 were same or worse than what we have, So disappointing.

"Very Disappointed"
I was a littler hesitant about ordering cabinets from a big box store but was assured Diamond would be the way to go. We ordered the Diamond semi-custom cabinets from Lowes after Hurricane Harvey and was so excited to finally install the cabinets. The cabinets looked nice when we peeked into the boxes but soon noticed the quality left a bit to be desired. We were shocked that the quality was less than builder grade, in fact, not even close. The laminate and paint on the sides and underneath was already chipping / peeling, but what disappointed us more than anything was the lack of reinforcement on the backs and especially the the uppers. What I mean by this is the cabinets (although the front face and frame is suppose to be wood) there is no support other than the thin particle board across the back to nail to the studs. Our old cabinets (almost 20 years old) had a solid block of wood across the top back and even though it had particle board in the back it was twice as thick. What brought me to tears was when professional installers came by to quote a price for installation and asked, “How long do you plan to leave these “temporary” cabinets hanging because based on the quality, it is doubtful they will last more than a couple of years — which is not uncommon for this brand. I wish we knew to look at the back of the cabinets especially for the uppers and to pay attention to the backs on the lowers for the sink. We’re stuck now but hopefully someone else will know to be sure to confirm the quality of reinforcement on the back especially for hanging the uppers (so the front does not eventually lean forward or separate from the back or start cracking as soon as the cabinets are properly nailed into the studs. So disappointed.

"Many Issues"
After making the difficult and expensive decision to remodel our master bath, my wife and I were directed to ProSource Cincinnati for cabinets, granite and tile. The following details the numerous issues we experienced in our dealings with Diamond Cabinets. After explaining that we would like a higher-end cabinet, my wife and I were directed to the Diamond line of cabinets and selected a Cherry cabinet with an expresso finish. We purchased an 8-foot vanity and a floor-to-ceiling custom-designed pantry style cabinet. The cabinets arrived damaged, which isn’t necessarily a Diamond issue aside from the fact that the delivery agent consisted of one person to handle several large cabinets. A base cabinet was damaged on the bottom right corner – looks like handling damage as opposed to something that left the factory damaged. Upon installation we noticed that one of the pantry doors had a nick at the top of the door and several wood defects (a groove in the wood) at eye level. The top two doors of the pantry cabinet were a different sheen or different grain than the cabinet they sit on. Immediately obvious to anyone who looked at the doors. The front frame of the pantry cabinet isn’t square as the bottom left corner shows the raw wood of the side panel. Virtually every drawer (except two) of the vanity has a flaw, each of the four under-sink doors has a flaw. The Diamond Sales Representative for this area came to my home to review the cabinets and agreed to replace doors and drawers and then have a furniture refinisher come to correct any remaining minor defects. At this point, no one seems to be able to locate our replacement parts and we are left hanging. Of course, ProSource has been paid as well as Diamond. Folks, do yourself a favor and stay away from this manufacturer. Nothing here but poor craftsmanship and no one willing to own an issue to resolve the problem. A letter to Diamond senior management went unanswered.

"Prelude"
At this point, I most dissatisfied with these cabinets. They were installed in 2014, and at the beginning of this year (2018), the fronts began to crack. These were hair-line cracks that looked like the crackings of an egg. Since there is a lifetime warranty, Diamond agreed to replace all the fronts. However, the new fronts now are a nice white, but the base cabinets have yellowed and thus, they do not match the fronts. I am waiting to see what Lowes/Diamond will do to correct this obvious problem as it is quite noticeable. At this point, I would think long and hard about buying this line of cabinets.

"Look some where else....."
Colors of cabinets are different, panels on sides of refrigerator different color. Drawers not aligned. When called about the drawers they sent me a video to watch on how to wiggle the back attachment from their field man? Crown molding totally different color than the cabinets. Called them about the colors and sent them pictures and they told me sorry that's the grain of the wood? One cabinet looks like it a mahogany, the one next to it looks like it cherry and the one next to that looks more oak. Very disappointed after spending over 13 thousand dollars.

"Chipping Cabinets"
Do not buy these cabinets. My builder installed the diamond cabinets in chocolate in two bathrooms and the kitchen and we have experienced a large amount of chipping. The paint is literally falling on the floor. I have expressed my concern to their customer service and they informed me it's "wear and tear". I'm not sure what type of quality this company stands behind, however I would expect that cabinets that are in the bathroom and kitchen would hold up better than that. Not to mention, we've lived here less than 3 years. Extremely disappointed by the quality and customer service!

Nice cabinets, But very below average service from Diamond and Lowes. Cabinets where delivered without all the materials needed for installation. Lowe's said Diamond was to blame? Not sure that Lowe's was completely blameless.

"Had a great experience with Diamond, not so much with Lowes"
Did an entire kitchen renovation. I searched for about 6 months across the eastern seaboard at every kitchen cabinet company, Lowes, and Home Depot to find the cabinet I wanted. Diamond makes an elite product named Diamond Intrigue that isn't available at all stores. I fell in love with Diamond Intrigue Hepburn in Mustang but it was called something else at another place. It goes by another name at the custom cabinet manufacturers - it cloaks under Masterbrand. When I found my dream product, my designer at Lowes and I worked on a fantastic kitchen plan to address all the issues I had with my old kitchen. I am extremely happy with the quality of the cabinets, the look, the functionality, the options available, and the Diamond rep's desire to please me when we had a glitch.

"Terrible Garbage Cabinets"
I ordered $25,000.00 in Diamond Cabinets in San Diego. The Diamond Cabinets showed up it looks like drug addicts assembled them and applied the stain all poorly done some of the door fronts were not sanded and stain was applied anyway. I immediately called both La Mesa Dixieline and they called a Diamond cabinet representive they both showed up my contractor and Designer were present. The Diamond rep said they would take care of any problems and replace any or all the cabinets. 11 months goes by Diamond Cabinets never comes back or calls. I needed additional cabinets for my remodel and Diamond wants an additional $9000 for a custom stain color they discontinued the stain they wanted $16,000.00 for the additional cabinets so another $25,000.00! making the total $50,000.00 they have not fixed anything on the first order! I called my lawyer and we had another meeting the La Mesa Dixieline manager , Diamond , My designer and contractor came to my home again everyone agreed the cabinets were poorly made and stained after that meeting Dixieline contacted the Designer and stated Diamond Cabinets will not accept any new orders from my designer or myself left with no choice I returned the cabinets to La Mesa Dixieline for a $21,700.00 refund . Diamond Cabinets will only offer a $7500.00 refund. If you are thinking to buy Diamond Cabinets run! They bait and switch, No customer service, No follow, Once you pay them you have very little options you have to get a lawyer. There are 2 or 3 people going thru the same ordeal in San Diego.I have reordered all of my cabinets from a custom cabinet maker for a total of $38,000.00 stained and installed. I'm out of pocket $63,000.00 and we are still not in the house. If you order from Diamond good luck

"Poor quality"
Finally decided to gut my old kitchen and start fresh. Within one year of purchasing Diamond cabinets, a majority of the doors started coming apart at the seams. When I contacted Lowe's, they sent the Diamond rep over who blamed it on humidity. Really? It's definitely poor quality that I paid thousands of dollars for. They replaced most of the doors but not all that were defective. Heartbroken that I wasted my hard earned money on these cabinets. I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing.

"General Contractor Here"
In reading other reviews I've noticed a similar thread in nearly all the bad experiences. Lowes or another big box outlet. 9Xs out of 10 when a diamond order shows up incorrect it can be directly attributable to the designer/rep at a big box store. These folks are not the cream of the crop when it comes to expertise or accuracy. If you are having your kitchen installed thru Lowes you are getting a sub-contracted installer. Again, these are subsistence level installers who are hired cheaply by the vendor and woo'd with steady work. They do not have the accountability that a vested general contractor has. I have at least 1/2 doz kitchens installed in Diamond and know full well what I'm selling my clients... 15-20% less expensive than Kraftmade and 1/2 the lead time. Thru my small-shop vendor I can have Diamond delivered in 3 weeks and warranty parts in less time. Shipping damage happens..as does lousy installation thats automatically attributed to the manufacturer. Its always about budget..for my thrifty clients ..Diamond is a solid predictable product IMO. Understanding that my custom shop or cabs built by me are going to be at a considerably higher pricepoint and by proxy higher quality.

"Worst experience ever"
Received our shipment of cabinets on 5-16-18. We ordered our Diamond Brand cabinets through Lowe's (Lowe's has been very helpful). Upon opening the boxes every single cabinet was damaged. I got the run around for a little bit until I took matters into my own hands and called MasterBrand directly. Upon doing so I had submitted 114 photos of our cabinets to MasterBrand. Lowe's also came out a few days later and took photos as well. They were as shocked as we were to see the condition of brand new cabinets. The Diamond Cabinetry rep refuses to order all new cabinets saying that they are "in spec". I have requested a full refund that they have told me I am eligible for and for them to pick up this garbage ASAP. I will never do business with diamond or any MasterBrand cabinetry again.

"Horrific Experience with Cabinet production"
We ordered Diamond thru Lowes Cagan Crossing Store Florida, Dec 31, We have received poorly poorly packed product, staples right thru cabinets. crushed no foam to prevent scratches etc. crushed boxes. We are on fourth replacement for one door alone. The wood was warped. cracked. should have been seen on production line prior to painting. but no. they send it down the line.. we wait longer, they even deliver. no self inspection / quality control. Lowes lacks the leverage to address issue or just doesn't care. We have been storing the huge boxes in our living room since end of Feb. No compensation for the stress, aggravation, loss of use of our home, etc. Lowes corportate has done nothing to help us.. We want out!

"Poor Customer Service - Poor Cabinet Quality :("
We did a kitchen thru Lowe's. First off there was a delay in receiving the cabinets. When they finally arrived, several of the cabinets were busted, 2 had wrong door style and 3 of them had wrong color inside (i.e. Natural VS White). Basically everything was a mis-match. Diamond rep was all about justifying there position and asked for picture to believe us which I think is a disgrace. Replacement was a nightmare. At the end of everything, the very most important thing for us was the quality where this company failed!
