"Completely unimpressive"
I have used these on a couple of kitchen remodels and they are really unremarkable. Many of the same issues I have with really cheap cabinets- face frames split on the edges, poor quality box construction, poor quality finish on the doors, etc. The biggest issue I have with them is their completely unreliable lead times. On the last kitchen we used them on they had a 8-10 week lead time. Half of them showed up in 4 weeks and the other half in 16 weeks. So, if you want your kitchen on hold for a couple months in the middle of construction, by all means use Kemper.

"Full kitchen cabinets"
Our house is 15 years old, and I'm still extremely satisfied with our cabinet's. This includes a pantry, spice cabinet, two corner cabinet's with lazy susan, drawers, and a cabinet with pullout drawers.

"Multiple Issues"
Came with out doors, hardware screws loose and damage to side wals because of this, missing freaking drawer faces, missing doors (how in the do you put a cabinet into a box without a door or drawer on it??), spent house going through shop drawings to get it write, but they screwed it up anyway - had to remove drawers for gas cooktop locations and I got two cabinets on either side of my hood that were supposed to be the exact same, that have different doors, different finishes on the interior, and they can't let me know when I will get a replacement. They up and now I have to sit and wait, because they are "overwhelmed" with orders...how about they fix the that's not correct before moving on to the next. now is holding up my finish date for the project because we can't do tile backsplashes and install hoods until we have it. wonder if they'll pay my bill on the extra construction loan interest?

"Worst Ever"
Very poor quality. Wish I paid more attention to the reviews before I purchased Kemper. Don’t let anyone try to sell you these cabinets. You will regret it.

"From a contractor"
As a contractor, I have installed many, many brands of cabinets, from custom made down to apartment grade cabinets. What I have learned is that thee are issues at almost every level; damage from shipping, damage in factory or workshop that was overlooked, and even damage while installing. We use Kemper and Kemper Echo most frequently- our "go-to" because of options, cost, and predictable timelines. There have been cabinets that could have been built better- as there have been from every other brand. I have never had an issue with getting a new door, drawer, hardware etc under warranty. If there is a problem with that- I would look to the supplier/distributor who is the interface.

"Horrible quality for a USA made cabinet"
I am a builder and used Kemper cabinets on a new house I was building and all I can say is that these are the worst cabinets ever. I use Chinese cabinets sometimes for lower end jobs and the quality of the Chinese product is better than Kemper, I had to actually asked them if they changed there production to China. All of the top braces come un-glued which made them rack and go out of level, 2 doors were made out of square, there were 15 staples that were not set properly that were sticking out in plain sight on the inside, the columns that were next to the refrigerator and stove had no bracing in the inside so they buckled and the paint cracked, all the crown they sent me was warped and really gave my very experienced carpenter a hard time, door adjustments were so bad there was not one door that I did not have to adjust, there were many more problems don't have room to list them all. So I called the rep and did not want to help to fix problems in any reasonable way, just a horrible experience. If you don't want to get Chinese cabinets that are made in the USA, Then stay away from Kemper or any Masterbrand cabinets!

"Wish I selected another brand"
I chose Kemper over Kraftmaid (made here in Cleveland), because I liked the option for a Shaker style with a softer design (Justin). Big mistake....they arrived with many doors warped, and most of the soft close hinges and drawers do not work. Also my drawer unit has one drawer out of alignment by about 1/4". Very unsastified with my selection and the cabinet providers support. They are turfing everything to the installer when it is obvious it is a manufacturer issue.

"Don't buy Kemper"
Ima 27 year old professional remodeler who has hung upwards of 30 kitchens. 12 of those kitchens were solo. And Kemper cabinets were pitched to my clients by a local supplier. First things first don't buy them do not spend upwards of 25-60 grand on cabinets that are built poorly. I have never had to fight styles to align so much in my life. And the amount of unsquare boxes are just awful. Would never recommend putting Kemper cabinets in anyone's home. Bottom line they are junk.

"Poor quality"
Poor quality, the Staples that hold face on cupboards are all sticking out, Kemper cabinets could care less now that they have their money. My advice would be to stay away from this shady company, they know exactly what kind of product they pass off to customer and hope customer won't notice poor quality of work, save your money and buy from one of the box stores.

"Over weight- cabinets"
This review is to state that women like Jaclyn & Theresa should spread the weight of their dishes out more evenly in the cabinets. Both descriptions in their reviews are facts for over loading the cabinet. Try using some common sense ladies! If the cabinet part is still connected to the wall and the rest is not.... you had to much weight in them! The cabinet did it's job by trying to hold on to the wall! BTW, flake board is wood. It saves a lot of trees.

"Please read before purchasing"
I am making it my duty to get the word out the best I can. Our cabinets are very shoddy and flimsy. They cost $25,000 for the kitchen and we've had to send several cabinets back because of split wood, peeling paint, warped doors, out of square (almost all) cabinets, etc. I could not be more disappointed in the brand, Masterbrand, and the people that sold them as a quality product, ProSource of Dallas. These cabinets were purchased to go in a remodeled house that will cost $750k. It's taken close to two months to get the replacement cabinets back and even then I was told by several reputable installers that these are no more than 5-year cabinets. We chose to buy these from ProSource. At first, I didn't hold ProSource responsible but now after being treated so shabbily by them when we persisted, I feel like they're in bed with the manufacturer to provide low quality at a high price, which you don't know about until you've gotten them delivered. In the contract we signed it stated particle board, even though we insisted the cabinets be solid plywood. So, that's our bad, but regardless of having the "special" particle board, the whole cabinet is poorly constructed. I don't know where it states in the contract that they can send you a less than acceptable product. So, my cautionary tale is that not only are the cabinets very low quality and you will be sending some back for replacement, they company advertises a great brand when a cardboard box has better stability. This is not a spite review, I promise. I wish I'd read other reviews before the purchase but I thought both dealer and manufacturer were reputable.

"Do not buy this product"
I have the parchment finish with coffee glaze. The glaze is peeling off. Dealer said the warranty is only for the hardware such as hinges, etc., not for the finish. They do not honor their lifetime warranty.

"Kemper Cabinets Fall Apart"
I purchase my Kemper cabinets in 2000. 13 years ago I paid $18000 for them and was told I bought quality cabinets. I noticed this past week the back of the cabinet separated from the cabinet and now is hanging off the wall. I never seen such a thing. The cabinet is not connected to the wall. This is a cabinet that holds dishes. I called the company and I'm told the cabinets only has a 10 year warranty because I bought them in 2000. In 2001 the warranty is lifetime for the original home owner it took them two days to relay this information. I would not recommend Kemper they do not stand behind there product. I never hear of a cabinet disconnecting from the wall. The quality is not good and now Im at the mercy of this company to see how much it will cost to fix.

"Lower cabinet shelves NOT full depth"
We just installed Kemper cabinets in our new home. They look beautifu ,but...... the lower cabinet shelves are not the full depth of the cabinet. The uppers are all full depth, the cabinet above the fridge has full depth shelves the wall oven cabinet had full depth shelves. I am very disappointed, I don't know if I would have ordered this brand had I known at the time we placed our order.
