"Poor Quality"
Poor quality. We had to replace several doors on a couple of occasions. Lots of cracking/peeling. We were told it's because water gets on them. Really? It's a kitchen. Pull out spice shelf still doesn’t stay closed after numerous adjustments. Would not recommend this product.

"The cabinet arrived damaged"
I ordered cabinet for all my kitchen in this brand craft made the cabinet arrived damage and the island I ordered blue color they send white color the different color, we order another island and cabinet the cabinet, arrived again damaged It's a terrible company. I lost a lot of money with this company installer charge me again twice to redo the damage cabinet and I have to pay thousands $ to get rid of damage cabinets and cabinet doors I paid three times for this cabinets,for cabinets for installer two times and for throwaway the damage cabinets I lost thousand and thousand dollars with this bullshit company. I will not recommend anyone to lose their money. We ordered two door cabinet scenes August still waiting for them it's a terrible terrible company don't lose your money

"Poor product and customer service"
These people are very poor customer service and have no desire to help when you have issues caused by them I ordered through Home Depot and the product came unfinished except the faces. HD said it was due to a new ordering system.but still took 8 weeks both time the order was wrong my 6 to 8 week project too 9 months we were putting in a farm style sink and the face of the sink base cracked they blamed it on the support brace we screwed inside ordered a new one and built a support system that screwed to the sides and the face still cracked so now who is at fault not sure what kind of wood it is but it fragile and not worth the money you spend. "Worse in over 30 years"
I don't see how to get to Kraftmaid directly to let them know what a horrible job they have done making cabinets. I have purchased 6 complete kichen and bathroom cabinets in the last 8 years (upscale rental property and my own home) A kitchen I put in in 2007 is in better condition than the one I put in 6 months ago. Received the cabinets with cracked and broken doors and drawers. Home Depot ordered new ones. Most of the new ones were worse than the old one. Placed them but still not great. Now six months later they are all cracked and paint is coming off. Terrible mess. Kraftmaid is no longer good for anything

"Terrible Quality Product"
We renovated our master bath. Purchased $2600 in KraftMaid cabinets from a home improvement dealer we have used for years. Paid extra for maple wood and waited 12-13 weeks for them. They were delivered in terrible condition. Poor staining, holes, broken corners, scratches, etc. I was so disgusted. I could not believe Kraftmaid would allow them to be shipped to a customer in that condition. The defects were not caused by shipping. That's how they came off the assembly line. No pride in their work product. Craftmanship is garbage. Don't waste your money.

Purchased my kitchen cabinets after Super Storm Sandy from Home Depot! Told them 2 years ago which make cabinet 9 years old that there were thin cracks on doors! Kraftmaid said color was discontinued! They never came to see in person! They do not stand by their products! Would never recommend

"Kitchen cupboards"
I purchased entire kitchen cupboards through Lowes for new construction. PS: Don't call Lowe's, they couldn't care less about any issues. Cupboards are generally good. The doors won't adjust enough vertically so the knobs aren't level and some glue is smeared on the finished side. My issue was with delivery. This is when the series of issues began. The delivery people unloaded everything in my garage. They refused to put anything in the empty house 20 feet away. The installer refused to move them. After I helped him move them to the house, I discovered that the installer was compensated $800 to move them. He never finished the job anyway. I was delayed another 7 weeks. Still not completely finished. I'm also missing 1 shelf. At this point I don't care. I suggest DYI.

"Delivery is not handled with care"
I ordered my cabinets from KraftMaid via Home Depot. Receiving them was not a pleasant experience. I had to order some replacements for damage, and they were shipped piece by piece over multiple deliveries. Some were shipped via UPS without any notice. What's worse is that some parts arrived damaged again because they were packaged poorly. I lost track of what's ordered and what's shipped. I have been communicating with them through Home Depot, and my kitchen project has been delayed for more than 2 months now.

"Horrible Quality of KraftMaid Cabinets"
Poor and incomplete finish of both the paint (interior and exterior) as well as the uneven assembly of the cabinet corner pieces. Not to mention, clearly visible was the excess glue lining that protruded throughout all inner cabinet corners. Another glaring flaw were un-sanded drill holes, un-sanded dove-tail joints, rough bottom edges, and unpainted grooves along all door moldings. There were several uneven and unsmooth , be it on cabinets or shelves. Furthermore, there wore surfaces with paint unevenly layered on topseveral chipped edges that were either just painted over or the wood grain was visible below. As to the glass doors of the hanging cabinets, the lining of the glass panels was poorly cut at the corners, leaving them unaligned. Two of the drawers weren’t closing properly and weren’t in vertical alignment. Their customer service sent a repair team that did a lousy job of fixing cabinets that shouldn't have left their warehouse in the first place. The cabinets I received aren't worth a fraction of the 23K I paid for them. Stay far away from this company!!!!

"Pleasantly surprised"
I have not installed my cabinets yet but I originally ordered Allen & Roth cabinets and there were delivered all beat up with terrible packaging. Also, the delivery itself did not go well and cost me another day of work. I returned them and ordered KraftMaid, yes it cost a little more but well worth it because they were delivered exactly as promised, the packaging was a world of difference. All of the cabinets were in perfect shape and high quality. Definitely recommend buying quality cabinets from KraftMaid Kerr Fisher.

"KraftMaid cabinets"
I would like to have been able to have given 4 stars but there are some details I’m not happy about. Overall, the cabinets are very good quality and the craftsmanship and finish are excellent. Three small things I’m not happy about: - One set of soft close hinges do t work and the cabinet slams. I tried adjusting it, no luck. - The color of one of the cabinets is slightly darker than all the rest. Unfortunately it’s right in the center so noticeable. I’m hoping all of the cabinets will eventually age to the same color. - Several of the drawers are crooked and it’s very noticeable in a bank of four drawers. I haven’t yet had the time to figure out if I can adjust the drawer glides. But overall, a very positive experience.

"A frustrating experiene"
First they didnt deliver them because they came at night when crew had Gone home. It took two weeks to get rescheduled, a nightmare. Customer service does not pick up calls. Routine 30-40 minute waits. Next I needed a touch up kit because cabinets arrived with scuffing. They would not provide one, told me I had to buy it myself for close to $100. Lots of negative remarks about this stuff on their FB site has recently been erased. I am blocked! Read everyone’s experience before you buy.

"Not The Same Craftsmanship"
I've had relatives order kraftmaid in the past and always thought of them as a quality product, but that is in NO WAY the case any more. We have spent so much money on our cabinets, one would think they would receive a product that has a little care involved in their manufacturing, but that is certainly NOT the case. For starters, there is next to no packaging to ensure the cabinets arrive safely. Second, kraftmaid has outsourced their delivery to a third-party who couldn't care less about the condition of the product being delivered (Southeastern Freightlines rolled our boxes into our garage end over end, even after we requested them not to). We have had to reorder multiple items do to shipping damage, but mostly due to poor assembly and craftsmanship. The cabinets have been assembled unevenly, with warped boards and chipped or missing paint. Some cabinets didn't even come with doors installed, instead they came a week later, unannounced. We have had to call in multiple times to have things reordered and I continue to find issues and blemishes the more we spend time in our kitchen. I am so close to calling it quits and having them come pick everything up, because I am so sick and tired of dealing with what looks like a toddler's work. Seriously, the carelessness cannot be overstated. Save yourself the time and money and order something more affordable, because chances are it will be a better product.

"Cabinets"
First of all, the customer service and responsiveness was great. Any issue noticed during inspection was quickly handled. Leading me to the reason why I knocked a star off... Most doors had imperfections and half of the replacements had small imperfections as well. Missing paint, debris under the paint, bubbles, hit damage. I was fully expecting this but still have to knock a start off. 95% of my cabinets were well built with the other 5% needing some love and care during install. Overall very happy with kraftmaid... Just need to button it up on the first shot.

"Great experience"
Re-did our kitchen recently. Chose Lyndale door, with Dove White cabinets complemented by a Midnight island. Required one reorder to address a blemish on one door, but otherwise it as smooth sailing. The replacement arrived quickly and didn't slow down installation. Love our new kitchen
