"There is no service"
Ordered a two vanity bases with a granite top for a bathroom December 16 2017 from Lowe's. The top was purchased with back and right splashes. The right side splash was not in the box. I noted it to Lowe's who said it was in there but when I checked a gain, returned to the store they got on the phone to Kraftmaid and complained. .. Nothing happened. No Part. I waited over a month. I returned to the store in the spring of 2018 for a second time. We did the same thing. I was standing there through the call process of Lowe's salesperson talking to Kraftmaid managers, nothing sent. Yes... a third time, July 2018 same as above calls were made for an 1 ˝ hours drilling into Kraftmaid managers and accountants showing I ordered the part. No side splash as of Sept 8. No letter of acknowledgement of a problem. Lowe’s sales have done everything I have asked. They made the calls with me right there. But Kraftmaid, clearly has management in place who don't care. I paid for a side splash, they didn’t send it. I can't match this granite it anywhere else. Order received Jan 18 and not complete Sept 18. If you are thinking of purchasing from this company - RUN. Run while you can!

"Worst quality ever. Stay away from Kraftmaid"
I purchased $16,000 in kitchen cabinets. They were delivered more than a week later than stated at time of purchase. Upon receipt of the cabinets, several were damaged. The damage did not occur in transit, as it was obvious Kraftmaid simply painted over all of the damage. Although they were willing replace 7 cabinets and an island panel, the project was delayed another 7 weeks. I would never recommend Home Depot or Kraftmaid.

"Better than average, but zero warranty"
You get what you pay for, and these cabinets were 30% less than two quotes from specialized cabinet makers. The product is theoretically high-end, with nice finishes and color choices, soft-close doors, lots of custom options, etc. But when a joint on a glass door cracked along the seam only months after installation and I wrote for a warranty claim, I received a form letter telling me that the product is not covered by "normal wear and tear". Follow up resulted in zero response. I am a lawyer, and if a client came to me with this case, I would recommend litigation, since that response is plainly a breach of warranty and inexcusable.

"Great experience"
I am surprised to see so many bad reviews in this website. I had a great experience. They even replaced front doors that were damaged by other workers. I am super happy with how my kitchen looks. I ordered it through Home Depot, and my kitchen designer, Bob, happened to be an engineer, so was very knowledgeable of the building code regulations. I had a great experience and I really recommend this product.

"Really disappointesd"
I cannot say how sad we were to have damaged cabinets and mismatched doors. For what we paid this is sad and no one wants to respond! I would say look somewhere else for cabinets but who knows anymore? We are really not happy with them and Lowes who we ordered them through. Pitiful, it is truly sad what we got for what we paid and no response from the rep or company. Not happy with Kraftmaid or Lowes!

"Worst customer service experience"
This company does not stand behind their customers. We had an issue with one of their authorized dealers and after 1.5 years of attempting to resolve, we reached out to Kraftmaid for support. They responded that they are "just the manufacturer" and said wouldn't help us resolve even though we have documentation of the issue. I'll never order from Kraftmaid again because they do not support their customers. They don't seem to care who represents their brand.

"Poor quality - seconds"
This is the review I tried to post on the KraftMade website. "Do not ever consider purchasing KraftMaid cabinetry. Quality is terrible. Only positive reviews listed on company website. Be sure to check other reviews online. As one person stated - so many problems to list. We had pieces (and replacements) that had extra stain dripped on them, stain didn't match, pieces pulling apart, some pieces did not have any finish on the wood. Last count was fifteen replacement pieces until we finally gave up - five months after original order was placed. I did respond to a customer service email asking how we liked our cabinets but as I expected I have heard nothing back."

"Very poor construction."
I normally don't write reviews but this case is very severe. I don't want anyone else to experience this nightmare. Please, please, please do not buy Kraft maid cabinets. The construction is horrible. Some of the doors had damages, cracks and imperfections. When they were reordered, it took 2 months to get them back and some were still damaged, cracked and poorly constructed.

Waiting on my 4th shipment of replacement parts. They continue to send damaged unfinished cracked doors and drawer fronts. This is after having 6 of 9 cabinets replaced. This isn't shipping damage, they are boxing and shipping these flawed pieces.

"What happened to Kraftmaid?"
I installed kraftmaid cabinets in my kitchen and 2.5 bathrooms about 10 years ago. They were beautiful and the few doors that didn't look good were immediately replaced, no questions asked. So naturally when I moved to another house I went back to Kraftmaid. The list of what was wrong is too long to write so you'll just have to trust me when I say... long. The worst part is the poor quality of the doors. Of course the sample I bought was perfect. The actual doors? Bad seams, holes. Customer service that used to be excellent told me that the seams expand due to changes in temperature between the warehouse and my house, it's normal and we're not going to replace those 3 doors. NO! The doors were poorly made, that's why the seams look bad! I do not recommend your product and your company any longer.
