"Awful"
Ordered these and they came on time. When the installers unboxed them, they were scratched, gouged and half of them were unfinished. Called Kraftmaid, they sent a rep right out, and said we would have all new cabinets in four weeks, four weeks later they are still fighting over what they are going to do, or if they will replace them. I was also told it would be between 12-14 weeks if I reordered so maybe I should just keep them and have a cabinet medic come and fix them. So disappointed and angry.

"Williamson Kitchen Remodel"
Our cabinets are beautiful and the installation went very smooth. The cabinets are very high quality and seem to have a good strong protective coating. We love the "Soft Close" feature and all of the "bells & whistles" we were able to include. The electric trash pull-out is awesome! Working with Teressa (at the Peachtree City, GA Home Depot) to design our kitchen was easy and she was so helpful in making design and functionality decisions. Our kitchen looks amazing!

"Delaminating"
I should have known better.. You build a million dollar home and put average cabinetry in it. We ordered white for our bathrooms and the doors are delaminating. The "wrap" or whatever they use instead of paint is just peeling right off. Kraftmade says it is moisture, too bad. What do they expect in a bathroom? I think it is a defective product as some doors are doing it and some are not. Spend a little more but stay away from Kraftmaid.

Ordered the kitchen and it came in right on time. Kraft maid was great with customer service for anything I needed. I installed myself as I had done kitchen work before. Everything exceeded my expectations greatly. Couldn't be happier with my new kitchen.

"Love our cabinets!"
Two months into having our new kitchen and we love it! Soft close drawers and doors make all the difference. Wood shelving, seeded glass doors, and large drawers on lowers. We went with two tone and the look is classic and timeless.

"Never again!"
We remodeled our whole kitchen and chose Kraftmaid cabinets. The first time they were delivered some of the doors had bubbles in the paint and scratches. After a long awaited reorder of the ones that were messed up when they finally came the second time, eight of them were still messed up! I couldn't believe it. So we waited yet again for them to be reordered. Needless to say our kitchen took us three months by the time the cabinets were correct. And now we are already dealing with chipped paint in a couple places. Very disappointing!

Our cabinets, custom designed by Rick, the expert at our local Lowe's, are fantastic. They love so high-end. Even for our very small house the details in the cabinetry are exquisite. The kit with the Pebble Gray touch up items are so nice to have. It's really going the extra mile! We could not be more proud or more pleased with our beautiful KraftMaid cabinets!

"So Happy!"
My husband designed our new kitchen, and then a designer from Lowes helped us put it together. We were very impressed with her, she knew her stuff. When we got home, I thought I would learn more about Kraftmaid, and ran into so many negative reviews. My kitchen is big, we bought a lot of cabinets, and the bill was large. So when I read the negative reviews, my heart kind of sank, and I told my husband if the cabinets were junk, please just don’t tell me. OMG. The cabinets are beautiful and so well made. I could not be happier! We had one corner cabinet that arrived with a broken lazy Susan that had damaged the door. We called Lowes & had the replacement lazy Susan in about a week. We are waiting on the counter tops. I think I will have the nicest kitchen in town.

"Too many flaws in the paint job"
When we began opening the boxes, we came across at least three pieces where the paint looked chipped or marred, not from shipping but the actual painting process. Then, as we began installing the cabinets and looking them over further, I have had to replace no less than six doors with bumps, or gashes, or cracks in the paint job. The cabinets that are good are beautiful, I wish there was better quality control on the product before it was shipped out. A lot of these flaws could've been sanded out and filled before paint applied. Fortunately, our rep through Lowe's has been amazing to work with and gets us replacements with no questions asked. I'm just frustrated that our kitchen should've been finished weeks ago but we are still waiting on missing doors that need replaced.

"Design Flaw"
I didn't catch these 2 flaws during design. BBC39L The door is so small you can't use the space. It is also not long enough and that I didnt catch on the design. I'm not sure sure the was really understanding what I was trying to do. I will need to find some to replace the above product that will be 48" long, fit as a corner piece, with wider drawers and a door on the finished end. Other than that its been an easy install this far. I way behind on this install do to other commitments.

Kraftmaid cabinets are great. Problems were with delivery (one cabinet arrived broken) and with Lowes ordering wrong size, wrong replacement and excess material. Kraftmaid was fantastic to work with.

"Just Insalled Kitchen"
Quality control must be non existent. Wood was scarred and you could see a pattern in the damage from machining. Paint job is not high quality either. Needs lots of touch ups and probably will with use. They sent double our order, so I have to have them picked up as they fill my dining room. 'Not sure if this was a mistake by Lowe's or Kraftmaid. They were supposed to paint the back of a cabinet, but instead, painted the interior (? and our color is Midnight!) We had two different colors and they sent duplicates of the "crayons" one color, and none of the other. They did arrive within 4 weeks. Because I had duplicates, I was able to switch out some doors and drawers, but usually the duplicates had blemishes too. I think painted cabinets are pretty and in vogue but wood cabinets are a better choice, IMHO.

We did not like our kitchen cabinets when we bought this house. The cabinets we ordered were of hickory design and has added much needed room. To this date we have no complaints on workmanship or appearance. I can recommend the Kraftmaid to anyone needing new kitchen cabinets.

"Poor choice"
Built a new house in 2013 and stain and finish started peeling in three years where pieces of wood join. Stain color no longer available. Prob got worse as the years went on. Hope to be able to post pics of a 7 year old drawer front. It's a disgrace.
