"Nightmare!"
It was a nightmare dealing with Mastercraft and it's parent company Elkay. We ordered 25 all wood cabinets, when they arrived only 8 were what correct. The rest had pressed board sides, masonite backs. Drawers were mismatched (wrong fronts), hardware wrong. The trim was also mismatched and the finish was terrible. Lazy susan cabinet broken and one of the doors of another cabinet cracked. Sent the whole order back and had to wait another 4 weeks for delivery. Nine cabinets were still wrong - again not all wood, wrong drawers fronts etc. It took 6 months to get our order straightened out and we end accepting some cabinets w pressed board sides and back because we could not function any longer without a kitchen. Would not recommend this company to anyone. Customer service at Elkay, Mastercrafts' parent company, was extremely poor.
