"Terrible experience"
I ordered some cabinets to match ones from Home Depot and paid by credit card. I received a notice a couple weeks later that they don't take credit cards anymore (Not a good sign) and they were refunding my payment, which was more than $2500. They asked that I send them a check. They sent me a credit card refund notice but the refund never showed up on my credit card. Sorry, not going to send you a check until you refund my credit card! They never did process the refund and I had to ask for it through my credit card company (which took more than a month). Unfortunately there is something wrong with this company and there doesn't seem to be anywhere else to buy these cabinets from. Buyer Beware!

paid for and Ordered 3 cabinet fronts last May. 4-6 weeks delivery promised in writing. Nothing received as of October. No one answers their phone nor returns any VM left. Have sent multiple emails with no response. Beware something is wrong

"Buyer Beware - Does Not Deliver in 2+ Months"
Placed an order over two months ago. First red flag was that they did not accept credit cards and required a check to complete the order. Should have canceled the order at that time. Have called at least a dozen times, the rare time the phone is answered, they say it has been shipped, but no tracking number is available. They say they will call back but never do. Buyer beware!

"TOOK MY MONEY < NEVER DELIVERED PRODUCTS"
Ordered kitchen cabinets.....promised 6 weeks deliver........4 months later still no cabinets......no one answers the phones.....etc etc ......had to call credit card company to dispute it......company is a complete FRAUD.......I am contacting the BBB and local police to report them.......

Almost 3 months got 2 cabinets out of my whole order and no doors the said they will be shipped 2 times still nothing no returned phone calls and they dont answer the phones but they charged my card the first day taking my money was the only thing they did fast...

"Worst customer service ever"
They promised my cabinets in writing within 2 weeks. After 3 weeks I started calling, emailing, etc. 3 days later I finally hear from them that my order says it will ship in 6 weeks. But since I have it in writng they'll try to get it out in the next 2 or 3 days. A week later it still hasn't shipped and no one answers the phone or responds to emails. Now it's been about 4 and a half weeks and I'm in the dark. Of course they charged my acount on day one. Mill's Pride sucks!

"Champagne Oak - What's the stain formula?"
I've had these cabinets for 13 years and they still work properly and look great. I replaced the floor recently and needed to remove the toe kicks for nice floor installation. Unfortunately, the original toe kicks had construction adhesive on them so I couldn't re-use. I purchased new unfinished oak toe kick and can't seem to figure out the stain match. Is there a Minwax stain color or formula for this cabinet?

"The worst in comunication once they get your $"
I had ordered a extension piece for my kitchen and I sent Mills Pride the original Home Depot order ## as well as pictures of my Kitchen. Paid them over $1300 + in Canadian $$ not including the Border fees of $172.21. They took my order in July 2016 and payment in full and didn't ship the material till I called them 4 times and finally shipped it in mid Aug 2016. Now once the order finally got to Canada Aug 24th I got it to my place and went on Vacation for 1 week. Once I got back I opened the Large package and once it was all un packaged I discovered that the wood color was 2 shades darker. So after many emails and photos and even send them a sample of my cabinet, the sent me New Doors Only. So now I have the RIGHT Doors but the sides to the Cabinet is still the same 2 shade darker. Now they will not talk to me because they know that after 6 months I can not get my $$ back. so now I have a useless side panels and Good Doors... I would never buy from them direct ever again... I suggest to go thru Home Depot this way if there is ever any issues they won't mess around with Home Depot as they are doing to me. Very sad Customer Rob frown emoticon
