"Garbage Cabinets and Quality Control"
Just purchased from Drexel in Wisconsin for kitchen and bath. All cabinets have wider side panels than bottom, so door slides don't work, gaps in the bottom and rails popping off. I thought the dealer would have prescreened their selection of companies, but didn't so now I suffer. $40,000 plus. don't use them. Two relatives got whole kitchens from Home depot and quality is so much better. I wish I could attach the many pictures. Working with credit card company for resolution in near future.

"Still waiting for fixes"
Good- Installer adjusted slides and 1st appearances look good. Bad-still waiting for replacement drawers that had pencil marks under the clear coat and 1 nicked drawer. Biggest disappointment is laminate has peeled off side of cabinet next to cooktop - despite running fan. They didn't correct issue 1st attempt and now waiting 8 months later for 2nd fix. Wish we paid for custom cabinets.

"Supreme Cherry"
Terrible. 2 corner base cabinets with cracked stiles because the doors were too heavy to tolerate the stress of shipping. Second set were also cracked. Finally, after weeks, the 3rd set were sent without the doors and they were okay. On of the doors on another base had a cracked panel. The replacement came marked cinnamon but was actually a shade lighter that what we installed and actually the color we thought we were getting. The rep said the cabinets darkened. An obvious lie. The replacement corner cabinets matched exactly. Somebody in the factory knew the originals were mislabeled and followed through with the replacements but the ball got dropped and the correct color door was sent that tipped us off that they screwed up. We still don't have the replacement. The job has stretched from March 17th 2018 to July 10 ....so far. We are so disappointed and angry. The rep was supposed to come and inspect and left town at the last minute. They have yet to contact us to discuss the situation in spite of our request. Now I am contemplating a suit. We will see if airing their dirty laundry in as many public forums as we can will move them to action.
