"Designed to Fail Door Handles"
I purchased the 24 Inch Counter Depth Bottom-Freezer Refrigerator Model: FFBF191SS for $1,449.00. This refrigerator is not a good purchase... the handles are plastic and after only 4 years the handle broke - I predicted it would when I saw how it was designed - the thinnest part of the handle just under 1/4" receives the most amount of stress when opening the doors. The handle has a slight curve so that the part that is pulled is actually designed to place pressure against the thinnest part of the handle. I have had to order a replacement part at a cost of $40 plus $20 shipping. The company refused to replace this designed-to-fail piece of plastic. The system that allows me to control and change temp settings has also now failed.

"Refrig/freezer"
Terrible product! Doors and shelves...falling apart and braking within one year and the customer service dept took their time getting back to me until after the warranty expired and then charged me a fortune for replacing part. Terrible company, terrible product!
