"Warranty voided"
Purchased 3 new Samsung appliances at Home Depot earlier this year. Microwave stopped working on day 2 of install. Dishwasher has a discoloration defect on low left section of door. Called Samsung and was ask to send photos and was assured issue would be taken care of. Company that services Samsung appliances came to house and said it was cosmetic damage and therefore no assist from Samsung. I called Samsung and was informed my entire warranty was voided. Scammed by Samsung!

"Samsung Dishwasher no good"
I had my dishwasher for less than a year and stopped working. technically under warranty. However, trying to reach support for this device was very painful and in my opinion a total run around. Submitted an online request and it stated Samsung does not service my city and to call an 800 number. I called the 800 number and was on hold for hours and directed to me a texting program. This program was joke and after an hour of texting they said they would set up a local technician to come out. You probably guessed it, but no more communication and no technician. The entire experience was disappointing especially since my entire kitchen is Samsung products and all are registered. Changed my mind on Samsung products for sure.

"Horrible Dishwasher"
Bought a kitchen suite. Took over 3 months to receive all the appliances. The dishwasher came last. Dishwasher started throwing LC code within a few weeks. Called best buy and requested a replacement. Received a replacement same model in two weeks we got the same code again. The dishwasher leaked and got under the laminate of our kitchen floor. This in quote "Top of the Line Model" makes me question for what? Home repairs? I would not recommend Samsung appliances to anyone. However Best Buy Customer Service has been great.

"A disappointment"
My landlord didn't ask for my input when he decided to replace the 20-year-old Maytag dishwasher (which was chugging along quite nicely -- no problems), but I would NOT purchase it if I had to, having used it now for a couple of weeks. Firstly, my "Korean" Samsung dishwasher is made in China. Next, the cycles are a letdown. The "Normal" cycle took 2 hours, which is the time limit suggested in the manual, but the "Auto" and "Express 60" cycles took way longer than they should have. "Express 60" is supposed to take 60 minutes; it took 90, "Auto" is supposed to sense the soil level and adjust accordingly. It took a light load of well-rinsed dishes (not a speck of food on them) and took somewhere between 2-1/4 and 2-1/2 hours to complete. I didn't use the "Heavy" cycle, since my dishes are always rinsed and one can only guess how long that cycle would last. And the ultimate insult: the machine does not turn off when the cycle is complete. You have to be there to press the "Power" button to completely turn it off. No more loading the dishwasher in the evening to take advantage of lower electricity rates (I'm in Canada and in my province rates are set according to the time of use), then popping off to bed. The only positive thing I have to say about it is it's nice and quiet.

"Wish I had my old Kenmore"
It doesn't clean well. The set up is not realistic for every day use. Pictures show 12 dinner plates, not every day use. I had to try to place a wire rack on the bottom rack to keep things from going through so they would not interfere with water rotation wheel. The top rack is a joke. The makers and designers clearly need to have to fit the cooking tools in and see if they can fit them and get them clean. When I have to take dishes out and rewash them some thing. Is wrong. I use cascade platinum a very good cleaner. I wish I had my old Kenmore back. What a mistake I made choosing this over rated piece of junk that cost way to much.

"Samsung Sucks"
Within 31 days (warranty was 30 days) it started to make horrible noises. It was repaired by Samsung. Now less than a year later it makes worse noises. I have to go through Samsung to make an appointment. I cannot just call the repair place the repaired it previously. They transferred me to Samsung service repair and I was put on hold with Samsung service for 20 minutes before I gave up. I paid almost $600 dollars for it. It is less than a year old and I’m thinking about having it replaced. It doesn't even clean that well and it never dries completely. It always has moisture in it. My silly Maytag $299 did a better job. I have other Samsung appliances and a phone and tablet. Love them. They need to get out the dishwasher business.

"Our Energy Efficient Dishwasher That Works Really Great!"
Our dishwasher is a relatively new addition to our kitchen and we are glad we got one. We have a Samsung DMR57 Series stainless steel dishwasher (inside and out) and have been using it for more than a year now. It is quiet, easy to clean, and works really great. It is an energy star appliance and is controlled by microprocessor that displays information in a small window such as the remaining wash time, Child Lock information and error messages (Rinse refill, error). When the cycle is done, you hear a beeping sound and the power turns off automatically. This dishwasher also allows you to delay washing or cancel and drain a cycle currently running. It's really cool. I load it up with Cascades tab detergent when I wash a load of dishes, which is not bad at all. I then add some Jet Dry rinse and wait until I hear the beep. So far it does a perfect job and I have no complaints. I would highly recommend it to everyone.

"Good, but 1 problem"
We bought this dishwasher about six months ago, and it is fantastic... generally. It replaced a noisy Roper washer that didn't always get the job done. The Samsung is quiet and efficient. Only requires rinsing the "chunks" from dishes that should have been scraped anyway. My wife loves the stainless steel look and it is very easy to maintain. The face surface is very clean, as the digital touch controls are actually on the top of the door and are concealed when the door is closed. I would honestly give this washer a ranking of 8 out of 10 due to - my only complaint is that we have had three sensors (a water pressure sensor once 9E error code and the leak sensor twice SE error code) go out on the unit. Problem is, they are generally so well built, most repair places (including factory rep - A&E Factory Services) had to order sensor and they are slow in coming. This means that any repair work on the dish washer takes at least two trips.

"Hardworking, Quiet Dishwasher!"
This dishwasher is a hardworking dishwasher. We run our dishwasher up to twice a day on a busy day. I purchased this unit 10 months ago, from Lowes. I went in and asked for the hardest working dishwasher they have for under 400.00, the sales associate recomended the Samsung. I had my doubts, never before owning a Samsung that was not an electronic device. We have had no trouble with it so far. I love the full stainless interior, and the way the top rack is designed. The top rack has four different heights for different size drinking vessels. Large travel mugs will fit, along with your delicate coffee cups. There is three levels of water jets, adjustable bottom rack, and large capacity for rinse agents. It is Energy Star compliant, and has a leakage sensor. It can sanitize your dishes as well. The best thing about this machine is how extremely quiet it is, it has three layers of insulation to keep the noise down. We run it in our great-room, while watching TV, or enjoying company, never noticing it running. The only problem I have found, is that the decals on the machine that identify the buttons have rubbed off already. We have learned to live with that small issue. I would recomend this dishwasher to anyone who needs a workhorse of a dishwasher.
