"I love my kitchen"
I ordered my granite and paid for it from Earth city. It was paid for and by the time Kitchen Craft called to cut my granite they said they couldn’t find it. I know they sold it out from under me. I had multiple calls from them saying they have people who want to buy my granite would I sell it? I said no it’s paid for. But Kitchen Craft Doug saved the day buy hand walking me through the granite on FaceTime, and Kandy in the, office at kitchen Craft kept me posted with daily updates, then within 2 weeks my granite was cut and put in place today. And I love it. The professionalism by Ryan and Zack today. Ryan very confident, both guys friendly nice, cleaned up after and left my kitchen immaculate. I HIGHLY recommend them! Thanks guys, and thanks Kitchen Craft.

"kitchen cabinets"
We ordered our kitchen cabinets in Nov 21 thru Salt@Pepper in Brantford Ontario. had them installed by their people. Less than a month later a few drawer fronts started to come apart. As time went more started doing the same. Was the glue in short supply? As time went on it was thru our pestering a whole new set were ordered. Between errors from Salt@Peppers people and only a few fronts coming at a time, or even the wrong sizes we finally were made whole a week ago!! Hope they hold up. It was a nightmare, wished on no one.

"My Kitchen Craft cabinets are fantastic!"
I've had my cabinets since 2000 and they still look and perform great. I was stunned to see bad reviews, but maybe they're not making them the way they used to?

"Do Not Buy"
Do yourself a favor and do not buy Kitchen Kraft. They look beautiful but are very poor quality and will not last. Then they discontinue colors and molding. Meaning you cannot replace a cabinet door when needed. In our cade, we need a new door to replace an appliance we are taking out.. The manufacturer will not sell you a color they discontinued, and they will not sell you an unfinished door so you can have it made professionally finished to match. Their only suggestion is to to replace your entire kitchen. Reall? For the extremely cheep product they sell, I would never choose them again when remodeling my kitchen. What a disappointment, and an expensive mistake.

"Cabinets MIA"
We ordered cabinets from one of master brand's companies, kitchen craft. We ordered in April. Eventually we were told delivery would be 8/9/21. We verified this with our dealer before our contractor began tear out on 8/1. On 8/9 the kitchen was ready for the installation. No cabinets. Weeks later no cabinets and no idea of when they might show up. Terrible communication. If you want to a new kitchen in under 6 months go elsewhere. If you want someone that can actually tell where you are in the process, go elsewhere. Buyer beware.

"Kitchen cabinet finish does not hold up"
We had Kitchen Kraft redo our entire kitchen. They competed the project in September, 2019. Several of our white kitchen cabinets started to chip and bubble. After sending pictures and several e-mails to Chris Spade his response was this is due to “normal wear and tear”. Since my husband and I are the only ones living here (and part time I must add) they are not even used on a daily basis. Kitchen Kraft never informed us these cabinets would have issues in less than 2 years. I would never recommend Kitchen Kraft due to this issue and their response. They do not back their product!

"Happy with KitchenCraft"
My kitchen cabinets were installed 11/2016. Upon installation there were a few visual scuff marks on the paint of an upper and lower side panel, appearing as though they'd been in use for a few years. I called my dealer and he had replacements sent out. This was my first kitchen remodel, so it was all a learning experience. These cabinets still look good and wipe clean easily. My house sits on a concrete slab, so there is moderate shifting which affects the auto close feature on some drawers, but they still close easily. Overall, I am pleased with these cabinets. I have not had anything break or fail, but it's only me in the kitchen.

"Good Luck!"
My cabinets were installed by the contractor who built my home in 2007. By 2012 one door was in need of replacement due to sunshine shining through window onto door. This caused the thermofoil to pull away from the surface it underneath. The door now looks like a big bubble. The company no longer exists in here. I have no way of identifying the model! Can't find any identification anywhere on these cabinets as to style. I can't get a replacement for this door. Do yourself a favor, don't buy from this company! Unless you like regret!

"Terrible fit and Horrible Customer Service"
This was the first time using Kitchen Craft. I was told they were a comparable line to a few other lines I have used in the past. First the cabinets are not the best constructed and we had many issues with poor quality control. That said, the company does not have a quick ship for missing or damaged parts as well as things that were their own fault. It held up the entire job to get replacement parts. Also, the cabinets were very difficult to install in an old house renovation. They might be fine for new construction but as old houses are not square or plumb they are not the ideal product.

"Horrible company, horrible product"
We did our reno in 2010 and it took the cabinets all of 2 years to delaminate. Called Kitchen Craft, they wouldn't send a representative out to our house like they were supposed to, so they made us send a sample door in. When they did the "analysis", they said the warranty would not cover because it was water damaged. They actually said that it looked like we had a hot tub in the kitchen. The worst damage is the cabinet doors under the sink, but they designed the kitchen. They knew which cabinet doors were going to be by the sink. We have not done anything to void our warranty. Now I have to replace ALL my door fronts with another company because they won't replace. I've never been so disappointed in a company. Please shop elsewhere.

"I’m so upset about my cabinets"
The finish on my cabinets was never right. I had them out once and the said there’s nothing wrong. My father had just died and I did not have the strength to addressEther recreational it. Now 2years later I look at cabinets and they look terrible. The rep Anne Aldridge was terrible to me and the company says they only deal with dealer. Do not buy these.

"Terrible Finish/Worthless Warranty"
We renovated our kitchen in 2011 and chose Kitchen Craft's Newhaven cabinets in maple with a charcoal finish. Over time, the finish on almost every edge of the Shaker-style doors has worn off, so that what was supposed to look very modern instead looks very shabby--and not in a chic way. I have requested that Kitchen Craft Corporate and their local representative contact me to resolve the issue. Neither has responded. I purchased these cabinets in part because the company offered a limited lifetime warranty. The warranty is, however, very vaguely worded and my research indicates that when the customer asserts a warranty claim, this company routinely argues "Normal wear and tear". I can litigate the issue, and I may, but I'd really rather be doing something else. I couldn't be more displeased with a product.

"Complete kitchen"
Our new kitchen was designed by Jaimie at the Regent location and with her assistance and Kitchen Craft's great products we are extremely satisfied. The scheduled installation went seamlessly and we couldn't have had a better experience. The installer was terrific. Thi is our 3rd kitchen by Kitchen Craft and if we ever need another, we'll return to Kitchen Craft and look for Jaimie's assistance.

Cupboards look good. The service is absolutely deplorable. It took almost three months for them to complete a $ 5,000 job and it's still not finished. Customer service person, Michelle, in Winnipeg is rude and unapologetic. Run the other way.

"Awful"
Purchased what we thought we lovely white shaker cabinets as displayed at Naylor's showroom. What a disappointment. The paint on the crown molding is streaked in - smeared and smudged in many places. This cannot be cleaned and will always look smeared and smudged. They painted over scuffs and scratches as if they didn't care or were blind. Almost all the doors have scuffs on them as well. The quality is no where near what is shown in the show room. We would have better off purchasing Ikea cabinets

"Major problems Kitchen Craft cabinet finishes"
Horrible issues with finish coming apart. After 3 yrs. company said 'water damage not covered under warranted' (huh?) I wrote the company follow up saying surely they would not sell me a product for under the sink that was not good around water. And I asked for replacement with something that will hold up around water. After some back and forth... They did send replacements for those that were damaged. We replace and within a year the same thing was happening. Now 5 years later not only the ones at sink but most of the surfaces are coming apart and look terrible. This was a major remodel and we paid top dollar. I am ready to go in again and fight for either refund or some cabinets that will hold up. Wondering if anyone out there still working on this and want to join forces?
