"Poor design"
So although the cabinets and hardware are of good quality, all the doors open to 105 degrees and smash into other cabinets or the backsplash. So instead of installing $10 worth of cabinet inhibitors, then told me to do it myself. So 10k won't get you $10 of customer support. Don't waste your time with these people.

"Cheap"
I moved in my brand new house less than three months ago. The only cabinets the builder offered were Timberlake brand. I upgraded to "group 3" cabinets and selected Timberlake Tahoe, color Linen. These are some of the cheapest cabinets I've seen. I've lived in apartments that had better quality cabinets. Drawers come off the track easy. The cabinet doors sound hollow and flimsy when you shut them. And, less than three months of living in the house, the paint finish is peeling in 4 different spots now. If you're shopping for cabinets, I'm certain you can find far better, without looking too hard.

"Beautiful Cabinets/Wonderful Service"
My husband just sent this email to the company. They are extremely easy to do business with. Prompt and efficient service. Their follow through is something we don't experience often. Our cabinets are well made and so beautiful. Ana, Your installer was here today and took care of the drawer replacement [the drawer had to be replaced because we broke it]. My wife and I want to thank you sincerely from the bottom of our hearts for your assistance in helping us with this issue. The kindness you showed and that of your supervisor far exceeded that which we could have expected. Thanks again so much for helping us! Sincerely, Bobby and Karen Chapman

"Splitting"
2 year old home, drawer spitting underneath where rail slides, consequently it does not close. We had napkins in it, no weight. When we moved in, there were nails sticking out from everywhere, a rep came to look and said he'd never seen such a bad install. They painted damaged doors instead of swapping out for new door. This was a new house. An installer nailed a screw under cabinet to keep it from falling down. Never get again, will never refer and always tell friends and neighbors to get elsewhere. We've never had issues with drawers before this with older drawers!

"Bathroom cabinety - Poor quality"
Received cabinets from a reseller for Timberlake. The cabinets had a glazing finish that was very uneven, one drawer was missing the glazing altogether. The order had missing shelves that were never provided; the hinges on cabinets doors had stripped screws so doors could not be aligned. The cabinet base doors has (present tense) protruding hinges, so the doors do not close flush. Alignment issues with drawers and doors. Overall very unsatisfied with quality. The customer support is courteous, but not helpful. The cabinets are in warranty, but nothing is being done to fix issue. This is because of the middle man. So the business that purchased the cabinetry from Timberlake and sold it to the consumer does not intermediate for you, you are out of luck in getting any support from manufacturer.

"6 months later and still no replacement"
Bought a brand new DR Horton villa in Nov/18. We found a broken cupboard that was to be replaced by Timberlake. They have sent service in 3 times.... It is still not replaced and have promised by May 17! Do you think 6 months should be enough time!?

"Awful quality"
We haven't moved into our brand new home and the cabinet doors are already peeling in the corners. The drawers are all damaged, the wood is cracked, the bottoms of the drawers are curved before we have put any silverware in them. The paint is not even, I can see strokes were they might have touched them up so our kitchen is looking cheap and used even before I have started cooking. I am unsure how I will clean the wood around the handles without peeling the paint. The doors are made of cheap material, when closing them the center panel shakes, we are going to have to caulk them so they don't fall a part.

"Worst customer service and quality control"
We received damaged cabinets directly from Timberlake. The inside of the drawers were damaged. You can't say that happened in shipping! Along with that, drawer panels were damaged, doors were damaged and cabinets had split. It's taken several weeks to get what we needed replaced and they send the wrong parts! Still waiting! Costumer service from supervisors are only apologetic with no compensation. Never will we order from them and will advise all our friends and family against them as well.

Obviously builders are looking for the cheapest product so as to increase their profits. Well they found what they were looking for in this garbage.

"Split or shifting of inner panel"
I chose the highest level from my builder. Within six months, one of the doors have peeled off paint. Most of other doors/drawers have inner panel shifted or moved, so the unpainted area shows up. I was so mad and upset... I didn't pay extra $$$$$ for this quality with the highest level the builder offers...

"Timberlake cabinets are not good buy"
Another unhappy customer. My cabinet drawer is broken pieces already within 2 years. Builders must be getting a huge discount. They are miserable quality. I don't think this company last long. They might have to change their company name. I will check reviews before I change all my cabinets to other brand. Do not buy! Timberlake cabinets! You will regret! Very soon within 2 years ask your builder about cabinet company.

"Customer Service is Terrible"
I sent in a warranty through our builder to have our cabinets fixed. Timberlake called and scheduled an appointment with us, verified our appointment 3 days prior and then didn't show up! When the builder contacted them they told them that the appointment was scheduled for later in the month without informing the homeowners. This warranty has taken now 5 months to correct which is BS. Customer service is Terrible!

"Worst money ever spent"
These cabinets are horrible. We paid thousands of dollars to upgrade our kitchen and within months the cabinets were splitting. They warped and pulled away from the walls, cracked and split on the seams and almost dissolved. Where ever your finger touches peels and chips, hard to clean . I pulled one of my drawers out and it fell apart, opened a cabinet and the door split, not down the middle but where the cabinet fits together. Apparently it's 4 pieces that are pieces together for each door. Don't waste you time or money.

"Worst cabinet ever"
My cabinets were supposedly upgraded with my CalAtlantic home. These are by far the worst cabinets I've ever owned. If you sneeze on them they chip and dent. The drawers are uneven. They installed a tilt out drawer that split at the screw and they won't warranty even though I'm within the two year warranty repair. They also mis-drilled some holes and then just left them in the back of the cabinets hoping I would never notice. Well I did. Honestly for as much as I paid for my house and these cabinets what a rip off. Do not buy these.

"Lausanne Maple"
I paid over 8,000 to upgrade my kitchen to Lausanne Maple. I was told these cabinet were maple wood. Less than 18 months after I moved in, my cabinet started delaminating. I realized they couldn't be wood cabinet. I call Timberlake and one of the manager told me my cabinet were veneer. I was so shock that I started crying. I'm planing on suing KB. They offered to replace the damaged cabinet, but I will continue to have problem with them. Please don't buy Timberlake. They are cheap, expensive veneer cabinet, not real wood.

"Our New Home Looks like a Scratch & Dent Sale"
We paid Richmond American for a cabinet upgrade package in our new home. A month ago I notified the superintendent and our sales agent that we saw major damage to the cabinets immediately after installation in the kitchen and bathrooms. In addition to damaging the cabinets, the installers scuffed, scratched and even knocked huge holes in the drywall. I asked our Richmond American agent last week if they had been repaired or replaced and she told us "that's what the final walkthrough is for". That was today and nothing had been addressed. Besides the damage, (75% have mild scratches and/or deep gouges) most doors are uneven. Some are warped and do not close. The upgraded soft close drawers don't close all the way. Most of the doors are not sealed and rattle terribly.
