"Kitchen Remodel"
We purchased a total kitchen remodel from this company for about 12 - 14K. The measurements were done wrong twice and the wrong items were ordered. Things needed were not ordered requiring us to have to pay additional amounts twice, The installation was again a total cluster. It had to be totally redone. My wife was without her kitchen for 3 months, washing dishes in the shower. Jason Delves, the company CEO, took his precious time to call me, I guess thinking that will make everything better. He kept asking what I needed to make me happy, I'm sure so he could say all it was about was money. It's not about the money, I would not have taken this on if I couldn't afford it. It's totally about how you treat people. I'm a 100% disabled Veteran and 30 plus year First Responder, that shouldn't even make a difference, but it was explained to me how Mr. Delves has several family members that are or were in the armed services and I respect them for their service. He never stated he, himself was in, so I guess that says it all. I do not recommend this company to anyone that could even need a cutting board installed, I'm sure they will find a way to screw it up. I would hate to see anyone that walked the walk that I have to even take the chance to be treated as we were. By the way we were offered a $500 credit then charged $450 more that I wasn't expecting at all.

"Walk in and they stopped everything for me"
The service we received at cabinet to go was the best . Mike Natour and Sharlene Marriott are the best of the best. They stopped doing what they were doing to help with everything we needed, going here was the best decision we made, we looked at several brands and Mike helped us make a good decision. Thank you for all you do, keep up the good work.

"Cabinets to Go (CTG) Failed as Far Business Practices, Product Quality and Installation"
I did NOT get an actual designer who was on-site to view the spaces to be renovated. The CTG installer took measurements for the kitchen and both bathrooms. The order was placed using the measurements by the installer. 52 boxes of unassembled cabinetry and companion parts were delivered. Hidden among those boxes were items that I did not request, nor were they shown on the renderings for the kitchen. Eleven boxes totaling just over $1100 contained superfluous stuff like crown molding, light rails and an extra refrigerator side panel. I have 14 inches of existing crown molding on my walls, no under cabinet lights, and the refrigerator is against the wall on one side. The front bathroom vanity was off by 19, NINETEEN inches and the primary bathroom cabinet was off by 26, TWENTY-SIX inches. Fortunately, the vanity set-up for the front bathroom fit into the larger primary bathroom once side panels were added. The installer had to pay for the new front bathroom vanity. So many of the doors were warped and had to replaced. Some of the replacements were warped. I finally gave up on replacing the doors and had to switch the long 2 hole handles I had planned to use and replaced them with single hole knobs. The color has changed and not uniformly. Some of the fronts are ivory and others have a pale beige-brown tone. The CTG installer, does not have a Contractor License. He rarely showed up on time, if at all; as scheduled. Demolition was spread over months before it was completed. He left demolition debris in my empty living room for weeks before it was picked up. Bags of garbage were left behind because he said ”they were not full enough” I did not have the use of any sinks during demolition. I only had the guest bathroom tub for a faucet and the shower in the main bathroom. Since I am an elderly woman of 66, this was very uncomfortable for me. There was an unsecured gas line running thru a lower cabinet. The CTG installer actually wanted to keep it in the cabinet but have the line exit underneath the base rather than the side of the cabinet wall. He did not have Gas Fitter license, so obviously I did not allow him to touch the line. The LICENSED Gas Fitter that I hired spent the day fixing leaks and moved the now secured the gas line safely. THE CTG INSTALLER WOULD HAVE PUT ME AND MY NEIGHBORS AT GREAT RISK IF HE WAS ALLOWED HIS “FIX.” The cabinet spacing is awkward. Once my range is installed, I won’t be able to fully open one drawer that is perpendicular to the range. The exhaust fan above the range is very low because an oversize cabinet was installed in the area above the hood. Another cabinet door is smack against a corner with no spacer panel, so it cannot be fully opened and it will eventually crack the surrounding area. The area to the right of the refrigerator where the side meets the upper cabinets has a large clumsy looking panel filling the gap. True to form, the “thank you for your order” gift arrived over 4 months after my order was placed. It wasn’t packed properly and arrived a shattered mess. I didn't bother to ask for a replacement. I could on, but I choose to focus on the major issues and how little they care for their customers. I DO NOT RECOMMEND CABINETS TO GO.

"Finish is not durable"
Overall we had only a couple of issues with the purchase but the finish wears off with minor contact. The installer did a fantastic job and the structural part of the cabinets seems to be solid but the top layer of paint exposes the white under coat easily. Luckily we bought their paint pen, putty and spray paint because the cabinets have been in ONE month and already used several times.

"Horrible quality control and no customer support"
Stay away form Cabinets to go! Purchased a 24K cabinet order from them. Oven cabinet had to left panels and no right panel. Had to stop and wait 2 weeks for a replacement. Two drawer cabinets had to left panels and no right Panels. Had to stop and wait 2 weeks for replacement panels. One of the drawer units had 6 drawer fronts and no rear parts. Had to modify fronts to make the rear parts. Plastic clips holding the cabinets together are poor at the best. Finally I got to the end of the installation only to find out two of the cabinet doors were made too small. Contacted Cabinets to go and they said it had been too long since I received the order and they would not cover them. Wanted ME to pay for new doors! NEVER purchase from Cabinets to go! Lousy quality and service!

"Company"
This is the worse company & customer service I've ever encountered. I was given a delivery date and 4 months later I was still fighting with the store manager about my cabinets. Every time a delivery date came and went, she never notified me that something was on a back order. When I would call or email her it was one excuse after another. She knew that their manufacturer was backlogged but failed to tell me until after I ordered those cabinets. There is nothing costumed about their products. I ordered glass doors on two cabinets. When I opened the box there was solid doors in the box with a separate box with the glass doors. The depth of the shelves is a joke, they are only 10" deep. they are good to look at but not much more. They are made in Vietnam so good luck if any are damaged.

"Over charged, poor install"
Material delays, failed to order all parts in design... returned to store to correct and they determined we paid to install more items than eventually installed-no rebate!.. rude store manager... install team covered a floor HVAC register until i noticed it.. install team did not level all sections.. install team left cabinet cleaner and spackle for us to complete clean up!.. counter install did not leave sink cut out for customary cutting board... nice cabinets but over priced

Review:
"Worst customer experience ever!"
The worst customer experience I have ever been through. I typically do not take the time to write reviews, but Cabinets to Go has become an exception. On April 3rd 2022, I decided to purchase flooring, cabinets through the Cabinets to Go Denver store for my 7yr old 1400 sqft townhome. The designer was friendly enough in the beginning and promised a seamless buying process and said completion by June should not be a problem as I was on a timeline for the project. He talked me into purchasing measurement and install through their preferred contractors so I would not be responsible for errors. Seemed to be off to a good start but it all fell apart after the promise. The issues I experienced are listed in chronological order below along with the current status and project result. 1) April 19th- The first contractor sent out for measurements would only measure the cabinets and refused to measure the floors. After contacting C2G about this issue, they said they would send him back. After follow up and no response, 2 weeks later I hear C2G fired that contractor and we would have to start over. 2) May 9th- the second contract arrived and provided full measurements for material. All seemed fine up to install on June 6th until they surprised me with an outrageous $40K estimate for demo 2 days before install was scheduled. I saw this as them trying to take advantage of my timeline needs and obviously told them to go kick rocks. 3) June 8th- I sourced my own contractor for a reasonable quote and request a labor refund from C2G, which they agreed to. 4) June- 21st- Upon my new contractors cabinet install, we discover that the previous contractor measured the cabinets wrong and we have to order a couple of replacements. Cabinets 2 Go refused to accept a return of the cabinets ($1900) that were measured wrong and said I signed off on the measurements. 5) July 18th Upon install of the floor, the Cabinets to Go contractor did not include stair noses for the 48 stairs I have in the home. Cabinets to Go said they would comp the $2400 charge since they were missed and have them delivered. After a 2-week delay, Cabinets to Go refused to comp the charge and stick me with the full bill. 6) September 1st- Project finally finished with no resolution help from the store manager or customer service. I received nothing but apathy from the Cabinets to Go employees in every interaction. In summary, This company consistently over promised/ under delivered and refused to do the right thing by the customer. My project was delayed over 2 months upfront due to their contractor incompetence's and lack of follow up from the retail store employees. I should have pulled the plug right away and went elsewhere. Inclusive of the $4,300 mentioned above the delayed project cost me and additional $12,000 in revenue. The one positive is the finished product and materials look really good. I will never do business with this company again and my advice is to look elsewhere.

"Horrible Company"
Run, don't walk away from this Co. Told we would have cabinets in "weeks" and now has turned into months. Got base cabinets and will now wait months for our upper cabinets. Since they already delivered uppers we have to find a way to have the lowers delivered, what a joke! Complained to Corporate and they are no help either. It has been one lie after another, I encourage no one to buy their cabinets from this company!

"Customer Service is horrible!"
While the cabinets themselves a of decent quality to begin with, their finish doesn’t wear well. The company’s customer service is horrible!! They lie, they lead you on (Christy) they don’t do what they say they will. The follow through is non-existent & they won’t honor their warranty. I know price sells and when one wants new kitchen cabinets, one tends not to think about the future & that one day you will need customer service. However, I advise any and all to consider the customer service of the company you buy from. Cabinets to Go does not stand behind their products, their customer service act all nice & then they ghost you (Christy & Kris). Be smarter then we were & give you business to a company that cares more then just about the sale. There is no way to reach the higher ups in corporate as they don’t list their emails. Hmmmm. Consider yourself warned.

"Customer service"
The customer service at Monroeville was not that great. They did not disclose all the details. Our installer was great. But when it came time to put the counter top on our island he told our husband that he wasn't supposed to do it. We didn't know anything about that. He said he would straighten it out. Plus they never said anything about getting a plumber. Need to train there people better

"The Absolute Worse Company"
Don't use them, they did my cabinets and flooring. Nothing but problems. They gave me a 10 warrantee on the flooring and 6 months after it was done it starting cracking and separating in spots. They installed the flooring under the cabinets and appliances which I found out later was incorrect. Now they want to charge me more to level the floor ,something that should have been done right from the start. Also They originally overcharged me for extra cabinets they ordered in error and it took a while for my refund. They measured incorrectly. Their installers are very unprofessional. Stay away from this company. My floor was installed in November 2020 and the problem still hasn't been corrected and I still haven't received a refund.

I bought Cabinets/ installation and countertops. The sq/ft for the countertop was supposed to be a estimate so we guessed large, we ended up not installing 15 sq/ft (about $1300)... Cabinets to go has kept this money, even though they keep telling me they are working on do... go some where else to get you new kitchen

"Wish I had paid for quality"
Pros: Most of the people I've dealt with were nice, especially at the store, and the cabinets eventually looked nice. Cons: Literally everything else. I ordered a small kitchen (13 cabinets) from Cabinets to Go. Out of those 13 units, I had 8 pieces come with significant defects that required sending back for replacements. Gouges out of the material and cracked frames were the most common, but two also had mis-drilled holes and attachments. It also turned out the original design was not done up to code (the clearance between the oven and the microwave was 5" too short), and multiple decorative pieces (kick plates, end caps) were not included or even mentioned, forcing me to discover later that I still needed them, then wait for another delivery. Including multiple shipping issues between the factory, store, and my place, this added up to months of delays. When I finally got frustrated enough to ask for compensation for all of this, I was rudely told that they don't offer compensation, ever. Apparently this is all the normal Cabinets to Go experience. I didn't list price as a "pro", because knowing what I know now, I would have happily paid more to order from a reputable cabinet company. I'm now just praying that the cabinets I'm stuck with hold up better than the experience of getting them suggests.

"Very professional and helpful"
I live in West Virginia and drove up about a year ago to see the showroom in Monroeville PA. The sales person there that helped up us was Alex. He was very professional and helpful. He gave us a tour of the showroom, explained all the features of the cabinets and how to assemble them. He followed up with photos and detailed layouts of our kitchen in a very timely manor. We did some research being a little skeptical of the cabinets. We went back in January to meet with Alex who is now the Manager and he was just as helpful as before. We ordered our cabinets with Alex who was very good about assisting to assure we had everything layed out properly and fit our space. The cabinets arrived in perfect condition and it only took us an afternoon to put them together. We just had them installed and they look beautiful. If you are in need to cabinets stop in to the Monroeville showroom and ask for Alex ,he is great to work with. Thanks Alex for all your help.

We received our cabinets and one of the cabinets had a broken frame and some without bumpers. When i called the store to let them know of the situation I was told to call customer care and would receive a new frame in approximately 72 hours. I call customer care, told it would be a week to receive the replacement and i would have to drive to the store where they were originally ordered (50 minute drive). They would not allow me to have it shipped to my home. After not receiving an email that my replacement could be picked up, i call the store and was told it never made it on the truck. Now I am being told another week from one person while someone else states they don't have the part and need permission to open a box to get the part. Now our countertop, tile for backsplash and appliances were all put on hold. After spending over $5400.00 one would think there would be a little more professionalism. BE FOREWARNED, you will be left with an incomplete project if you decide to deal with Cabinets to Go.

My hubby and I decided to undertake a few updates too our 2004 designed kitchen by possible painting wood cabinets white and maybe expanding the length of our island! We researched the cabinet to go company and decided to go into the Marietta location. Upon arrival had a great welcome from Steven who made our visit beyond pleasant and informative. With his design help he was able to show us a 3D design of exactly what my husband and I had envisioned! We were beyond excited on our purchase but contacted Steven again several times to assist us in another cabinet modification prior to our delivery because we still thought about painting the majority of the kitchen. Well the hubby was reluctant in the idea of painting. We considered changing out some solid doors to glass doors,, Steven set an appointment with us to bring in our doors to give us some ideas , needless to say after he showed us again what our desired kitchen would look like a 3 glass door replacement has net us a completely new kitchen in white and an huge 51 by 87 inch island that we are excited about! I can't say enough how much we enjoyed working with Steven and how much we would recommend him to all our family and friends! Steven you are the best!' Stay tunes for pictures after installation!
