Not sure were else to put this as I have tried to settle with the store manager multiple times. I placed an order for a full kitchen cabinets, everything showed instock when ordering. The next week came to get them with many pieces apparently on backorder with no explanation. This continued for another week another cabinet was still not delivered. I tried to return the cabinets and was told it would be a 15% restocking fee even though the cabinets were still in the box never opened. Manager called and offered me 10% off for the trouble and promised that the cabinet would be in the next week. Cabinet was delivered but I never received the credit for my troubles. I called the store multiple times to find out the manager no longer worked there. So I tried to speak to the new manager Steven and left multiple messages with no callback. Absolutely the worst way to treat a customer! Will never purchase or recommend after the way I have been treated!

Review:
Unfortunately decided do go with this company instead of the other 3 options availabe and totally regret it. It have been more than a month and a half and haven't received all the parts that arrived broken or deeply scratched. Their customer service take the claim very fast but way too slow for any response back or status. Do not use this company if you don't have a way to wait for over 6 months to receive a good product.

This experience has been so exhausting and tiring I cannot even fathom recommending them to anyone else. The person we ordered the cabinets from would not return our calls for weeks, (didn't even know if our order was fully placed!) then the cabinets were shipped to a location we weren't even at at a time we didn't agree upon... with tons of back and forth we finally received our cabinets and they were not what we agreed upon as well!! The customer service has not answered for any mistakes and has fully blamed us for things about their product that we knew nothing about. the company strikes me as one that really doesn't care about their customer service or customer experience and it's been brutal dealing with that mentality.

Placed an order for approx. 4K in cabinets, designed it myself, placed the order. Several days later I got an email, stating that they needed to charge me an additional $700 to ship the cabinets to my house on top of the $199 they originally charged or they would waive the shipping fee if I picked the cabinets up in another state. No apology from them. Bad customer service, I will never order from them or ever recommend them to anyone. Cancelled the order and went elsewhere.

"We used cabinets to go for our home in Atlanta and had a wonderful experience."
Customer service was great and we were pleasantly surprised with the quality of cabinets and how well they held up over time. So it was a no brained to us to use them again for our kitchen Reno in Cincinnati. Unfortunately we had an awful customer service experience. Yes the cabinets are still great quality but the headache the customer service issues caused is not worth using them again at least the Cincinnati location. On the day of delivery we hadn’t received a call so by 3:30 we called the store and they told us the cabinets hadn’t come in and would be a week late. It is unacceptable that we had to call to find that out. After asking to speak to a manager and not getting a call back we had to call several times to get in touch with someone. Our cabinet delay pushed the project back a week. Then we finally had the cabinets delivered and half of them were missing. Again we had to reach out several times to get in touch with someone and were told it would be a month for the rest to come in. Again not acceptable. We finally called the general customer service number and spoke to someone at a distribution center who helped get us our missing cabinets a week later but by this point all other parts of the Reno (counters, floors, etc) had to be pushed back over 2 weeks. Also part of our first delivery was incorrect. The Cincinnati store had horrible customer service even from the manager. They didn’t make an effort to remedy their error and didn’t offer to compensate us for the delay. They acted like it was no big deal. Having to call over and over to get updates is poor customer service. We should have been contacted with updates. We will not be recommending this store or cabinets to go anymore which is a shame because the cabinets really are excellent quality.

Dont be fooled by them telling they are made in Tennessee. the cabinets are made in China. Service is bad. They were nice but not organized. Delivery came missing pieces.

Worst company on the planet when it comes to customer service. Avoid like the plague. Still waiting for replacement items weeks after damaged goods arrived. Still waiting for units from original order from months ago.

We went to the Syracuse NY location with all measurements in hand, ordered cabinents, flooring and countertops totaling around $15,000.00 not a drop in the hat..this was a huge expense for us and we had exact measurements!! Fabian our designer neglected to put the correct measurements into the system which in turn screwed up everything!!!! And he forgot to order one wall of upper cabinets ...after I went to the store and called and told them I don't think we have enough...he kept assuring us we did...nope. most cabinets came damaged, he did not order enough knobs, and nothing measured out correct. Our contractor had to do a lot of custom fitting and changing. then came time for countertops I called the store to let them know we were set to get our template for countertops ..got a run around from store manager George ..finally got the name if the company they use for the counter tops and I called them...guess what they do not have our order...or money!!!! this was in December..we paid in full in October!!! I was not happy...cancelled my countertop order with cabinets to go and demanded a refund. went to home depot got a better deal and an upgrade from granite to quartz ...still spent less and they came right out. at this point in December we were still waiting on knobs, garbage can insert and faucet. I found a faucet on line since we needed it for the countertops and cabinets to go said it was backordered till Febuary!!!! finally got my knobs mid January and still waiting on the garbage can insert. this place is ridiculous they tell you lies can not order the right items you need and find no fault in anything they have done!! there customer service is the worst i have ever encountered we called daily at one point just to get some answers and nothing. I will never step foot in there again and do not recommend them to anyone!!!

Great prices and great product, fast turnaround time, and a company willing to go above and beyond to make sure a dream kitchen comes true! This is the only place I will ever recommend buying cabinets, sinks, faucets or butcher countertops.

"CTG in Lilburn Georgia is "Top Knotch""
From the beginning to the install they were on top of their game. I have a kitchen that will blow you away! This would not have been possible without the vison and support of the Lilburn team. I'm going to post before and after pics, and all of this happened in 1 week!!! WHAT!!!!! The total experience was AWESOME!!! CTG Lilburn GA comes HIGHLY recommended.

We have had a order in on cabinets back in September, made a huge mistake by paying in full up front back in early October. Upon delivery several things were missing including a sink base for our island. It is now December 5th and we call every day to be told it will be here tomorrow on a container, every day same story. They recommended a patch job in order to get them by but that was not what we paid for, be very cautious when ordering with cabinets to go lawrenceburg!

"I had an order that was delayed"
Lost- for 4 weeks. Completely messed up my whole remodel project and my contractor and I were promised multiple delivery days that did not happen. The knobs I ordered did not come with the cabinets so the contractor had to come back another time to install them. I have requested MULTIPLE times to talk to a manager and have received no calls. This has been a stressful and anxiety filled process not to mention my contractor charging me extra to come back multiple times.

I ordered 4 cabinets on 9/1/18 and was told they would be delivered to the store in two weeks, possibly sooner. We received 3 cabinets after three weeks. It is now 10/4/18 and I still do not have the 4th cabinet. The store tells you one thing and the customer service tells you something else.

"We have been fighting."
Wiith Cabinets to go ever since 9/1. They could not give us an accurate quote because of system issues, did not receive call backs, I had to drive into town to place the order and now no one can tell me where the cabinets are. I have tried to escalate the issue but still have not heard back from a manager. These were originally going to be in around 9/7-9/10. We have to have the house ready by 10/1 and now without the cabinets we cannot get the countertops measures and will probably miss our date which will cost us over $1000+. People are nice but it has not helped us get the cabinets

"Buyer beware!"
I will never recommend Cabinets to Go, period!!! I have been dealing with the Cincinnati store where promises are unmet and hopes are shattered!! Delivery date was promised just for the sale! I have not been able to get a straight answer from anyone. No one knows when my cabinets will arrive from Tennessee. No one calls, delays, lies and more lies. At this point, I want a refund so I can move on with the sale of my home!

"Worse experience ever!"
So many errors on my order due to their mistakes yet they did nothing to remedy or compensate me for their errors. Ended up costing me more money, loss of time, having to modify my cabinets to fit due to their incorrect measurements, and while I was told the Regional Manager would call me within 24 hours to address the many issues, no one called. I've never heard from him or them yet... been a couple of months so figuring they don't care, just took my money while not delivering what I ordered. Great pricing but Buyer Beware... there's a reason they are much cheaper than all the other reputable cabinet companies.

When my husband and I first started building our house we visited several cabinet providers & found that the customer service at attention to detail provided at Cabinet's To Go seemed to be the best. Donna (Selma, TX Store) spent hours with us making a plan for our kitchen, laundry room & bathrooms & we love the cabinets. However, when our cabinets arrived and we attempted to mount the 33" farmhouse sink into the 33" cabinet base that was ordered – we recognized a problem and called the Selma store to discuss (Saturday June 11th). Donna worked to find us a new cabinet – 36" and we were told that the soonest we could have one shipped was July 1st. We were panicking about this because without this particular cabinet installed, we were delaying the plumbers/counter top vendor/final inspections/tile/& cleaning vendors. So Donna called all the other cabinets to go stores and found a sink we could have by the following week (June 13-17 timeframe). So we pushed back all of our vendors by a week and waited on the 36" cabinet. The cabinet never came so we called the store and were told various things: "it should be here this week" "I can't get a hold of anyone at that store" "I sent several emails, I will try calling them" – Just this week I followed up with Gabe twice per day every day (June 27-30). On Friday (July 1st) we were told that they could "overnight" the cabinet but it would cost $150-$200 BILLED TO US. When I went to pick up our cabinets on July 2nd – which an hour away from my house with a 10 month old in tow – surprise surprise, the cabinet was never overnighted. When I spoke to Gabe (who I had called twice to speak to that morning before I drove to the store but he was always unavailable and never called me back) he said that "Martha?" never responded to his emails?!?! I have no idea who Martha even is. Ok – so the cabinet we needed overnighted was supposed to come from a store in Detroit. "Did you call the store in Detroit Gabe?" NO. So he calls the store in front of me and they never overnighted anything and now the soonest we can get the cabinet (because it's a 4 day holiday weekend) is July 7th. When Gabe spoke to his regional about why "Martha" never responded to calls or email was, "oh they don't respond on Saturdays" even though the stores are open??? With nothing left to do, I decided to pick up the rest of my cabinets and come back on the 7th for the "overnighted" 36" cabinet. Low and behold – in addition to the problems with the base cabinet – we were missing the 3 cabinets that I had a claim out on (because the faces were broken when I received them). These included a Replacement face frame for the -33"X96" oven cabinet, 15"X42" wall cabinet, & a 24"X42" wall cabinet. Keep in mind this claim was submitted on June 7th (Almost a month ago! – Claim number 903582528). Also worth noting – we were told these were ready for pick up as well. When I went back into the store to talk to Gabe about this, he said that the oven cabinet is actually on back order and they have no idea when it will be in. After submitting a customer service complaint we received a call on Monday July 4th. The customer service representative apologized for everything and said she would make sure the 33" farmhouse sink base was overnighted. We received the base cabinet that Wednesday July 6th. Ok – so where are the rest of our cabinets? After calling several times & following up both with the Selma store & the Customer Service department, it is now July 16th and we are still missing 3 cabinets faces. Save yourself the trouble and don't make the same mistakes we did. Spend your money anywhere else besides Cabinets to Go. Even if you have to pay more, trust me... it's worth it. I will never ever shop here again and I will never ever recommend this place.
