"Satisfied - beautiful hardy cabinets"
For the price, these cabinets can't be beat. They look beautiful and are solidly constructed. If you have someone installing the cabinets for you, you will love them. We did it ourselves. Wow, it was a chore. We built an island with the cabinets. Most of the issues we had were because we had no idea how to actually get the project done. We did receive one special drawer that had no instructions and was different from the online videos. There were no instructions for the extra doors we got to mount to the sides. Also no best practices or suggestions for covering the back of the cabinets with the bead board. So we had to wing it. All that said, these cabinets are amazing, the opening and closing features on the drawers and doors is amazing. Buy them.

"Bad start"
So far its been over 3 weeks since my cabinets have come...one of the reviews was right on the dot unless you are buying over 4000. of cabinets they don't deal with you and the shipping policies are crazy... expect you to pay for shipment of damaged items to and from? Shipping costs outrageous if you don't spend over 2500. plus may not come to your state even if that much for free... check their shipping and read can't stress to read if something comes damage what they want you to do... but yes still waiting emailed and nothing yet? My issue was asked for them to put my small cabinets on hold so I didn't have to pay shipping because I would be ordering more... their chat rep told me everything was fine then couple days later got an email saying they had shipped so 400. later of shipping charges I was asking why did the chat rep tell me that he had put them on hold? No one checks their emails every second of the day... been so busy with cabinets hadn't checked email in like a week? then their admin lady admitted she hadn't checked her email in a couple days... so the customer is expected to check every second? It hasn't been the worst experience I'm sure they are trying but to me when you have an online business and it is dealing with such an expensive purchase you need to have a business that is on top of everything especially if you have been doing this for a while now online? I mean, why haven't issues been tweaked out like amazon? They need to get on top of every issue quickly and also customer is always right...they should have eaten the shipping charges from my smaller order and I would have not even hesitated to order about 6000. more of cabinets... but now I'm dealing with the local Ikea and so much easier can just go down buy the cabinet sets I need and if they screw up I just drive back and pick up the part.... I just don't get why their "management" didn't say whatever she wants she will be spending probably about 8 grand because I'm doing kitchen and dining area and parts of bedroom...but they messed up... and they get a bad review basically...but yes still waiting for the small shipment I ordered... may have to call paypal and complain... this is way too long to wait for anything...

Buyer beware! Your order will come in wrong, damaged, or backordered! I've been waiting for 5 months and they still have no idea when they'll get their shipment from China. This is not a manufacturing company like their website boasts, they sell cabinets made in China.

"Looks like a cabinet costing hundreds more"
Replaced kitchen cabinets with Shaker Cinnamon cabinets. After comparing prices/materials of the big box stores in/stock cabinets (not the high end custom cabinets), the choice was clearly Lilly Ann. Solid wood frames/doors and plywood panels, not thin mdf! We consulted with Bill Decker III a few times to finally get the design we wanted and tweak the total order (cabinets/trim/decorative panels), shipping was pretty much on time, it shipped the week specified , but not exactly on the day specified. $4,500 in cabinets arrived on a big heavy pallet and was damage free. We had one cabinet door that was slightly off color and after sending a photo, it was replaced with, similarly they replaced a couple hinges that were of the wrong type that were incorrectly shipped. Yeah a delay, but they took care of it. If you watch the videos, reasonably take your time and above all do not use a cordless drill with attachment to assemble the cabinets(that is how screws get stripped). You will most likely have an amazingly square cabinet without stripped screws. As mentioned here and in the videos, use glue and have a wet rag to clean up. The finished product is a cabinet that functions and looks like a cabinet costing hundreds more. I will use them again, no doubt!

Beware that many of the positive reviews for Lily Ann are false reviews posted by employees. As for the cabinets I received, there were many manufacturing defects in the doors and boxes. I would not recommend this product, you get what you pay for.

"Madison Toffee Kitchen Cabinets"
Great company! The quality is awesome - so well built! Bill3 helped us every step of the way, even after making several changes to our kitchen layout. The free design specs really helped too. Delivery was very fast in less than 3 weeks. A few problems with shipment damage but their replacement division replaced the items within 2 weeks. Only suggestion would be better labeling of the items and their item numbers when shipped and easier, more detailed instructions for assembly. Skill level needed to assemble with existing enclosed directions would be that of a skilled/experienced contractor. Would not hesitate to purchase from Lily Ann Cabinets again.

"Awesome Cabinets"
First off let me say , I have been a contractor for 33 years , these cabinets I bought where awesome , now if your a beginner or a handyman , take your time and watch the videos on lily ann webstie, and watch it 2 or 3 times , my purchase was 2800 dollars , with crown and all the good stuff, I had zero issues with these cabinets , I had one drawer that needed minor adjustment, thats with anything you buy, but these cabinets look and operate like 15k cabinets , even my granite guy was impressed, I recieved my cabinets in 3 days , I do live 180 miles away though,i had a great customer service and my deliver guy was very helpful,if you dont know what your doing ask questions or get a professional to help you , also I believe they will assemble them for you for a fee,cabinets are a huge task to take on and is not for the beginner, also when you recieve anything you buy inspect them with the delivery guy there , But I will say this I will be buying from mr decker again gauranteed !!! Don't need to get into details about lilyann. Should have listened to all the bad reviews. It's been 4 months and I still haven't received all of my order and they don't want to do anything about the broken cabinets they sent me. Stay away from this company.

"Vanity cabinets"
By far the worst experience I've had purchasing building materials. Read my emails to the company owner and administrator and judge for yourself. By the way I have yest to receive a response from the owner. Bill, I was hoping to receive a response from Marci. I am not surprised that I didn't. See my first and second email below addressed to her and you will understand why an immediate response was not something I expected. Seems to be the culture. Perhaps if my order would have been a 6 or 7 thousand dollar order more attention would have been given. Unfortunately, after this experience, you will not getting that large ticket kitchen cab order from me in a couple weeks. Purchasing the a few vanity cabinets was a complete disappointment from a service standpoint. I hope the quality of your cabinets do not parallel the poor service. By the way, I did finally receive my cabs but only after fighting with the freight company for a day and a half. They claim they did not receive the cabs from you in time to meet the scheduled delivery date. I have the kitchen coming up next. 7 weeks to get a few vanity cabs, I cant imagine the hell I would go through to get a full kitchen done with you guys. "Slow delivery, rude service, nice cabinets"
I flip houses on the side. These cabinets are nice and priced well. The service and communication is lacking. I would recommend avoiding if you have a deadline or want these shipped fast. Very bad response time if you have a problem. Quality control sometimes lacking. Cheapest and hardest to deal with rta store. Very frustrating company.

"Terrible customer service"
I purchased $6000 worth of kitchen cabinets from Lily Ann Cabinets back in April of 2015, order number 319680. All of the cabinets purchased were listed as "in stock" on their website, and the website said they would be delivered in 7-10 business days. I was contacted after my credit card had been charged and notified that one of the cabinets was not actual in stock, and would have a lead time of approximately 5 weeks. I was also told that the pre assembly that I wanted to purchase as an additional fee could not be fulfilled. I was not happy about this, but was offered a $400 credit given the inconvenience, so I agreed. I also asked for the cabinets that were actually in stock to be delivered first, and the back ordered cabinet to be delivered when it came back in stock, and they agreed. Then I waited. I contacted them at the end of May, after the back ordered cabinet was supposed to already be delivered, and was told it was still out of stock. I continued to contact them every week or so inquiring about the back ordered cabinet, and would get responses about 30% of the time notifying me that it was still out of stock, and was completely ignored the rest of the time. Finally, four months after the cabinets were first ordered, the last cabinet arrived, in August! I asked for some sort of compensation for waiting that long, and was completely ignored. I was willing to deal with the delays, but what drove me to file a complaint was that when I went to install the pull out shelves that I purchased from them, 13 in total, at a cost of nearly $700, I found that they are incompatible with their own cabinets. They will fit in the cabinet box, but the issue is that the shelves are wider than the width between the door hinges. The hinges stick out over an inch past the the face frame, and the width between the hinges is narrower than the pull out shelves width. Technically I could install them, but they wouldn't be able to be pulled out at all, rendering the pull out mechanism obsolete. One of the cabinets that they shipped came with low profile hinges that stuck out only a half an inch, which would allow for the pull out shelves to slide all the way out past the hinges. So I contacted Marci from Lily Ann Cabinets and requested additional low profile hinges, 20 in all, to allow the pull out shelves to be operable. I did not get a response. I emailed two other times, still with no response.

"Not thrilled with the company"
It has been almost a year since I purchased the York Antique White cabinets. We got everything... the crown, decorative ends, the works. We spent about $5k total. First let me say they are not that easy to put together (I have rebuilt most of my house), I'm pretty handy. Some of the pieces didn't match up so I could either reorder or take my chances squeezing them in. I overall about 9 drawers, only 2 of them fit. The others were a different model so they had to resend them. 2 of the boxes, 2 of the doors, 1 piece of crown, and the touch up kit were damaged pretty good, they had to resend them. I had 2 lazy susans and they were different types. The instructions to put them together were not an exact match of what I got so it was pretty confusing. For the lazy susans the instructions were photocopied and half way on the page so you couldn't even read it at all. They sent you screws for everything and there were several packages that were short screws then others that had 4 or 5 more than what you needed. Nothing matched up and was very confusing and frustrating. In the end I hung them and built my kitchen and they look beautiful. The actual construction is pretty good and solid. So that is why I have mixed reviews. I could not believe how many screw ups there were on one order.

"Missing Parts & Slow Shipping. Cabinets are Average."
I am a remodeler and decided to start buying my cabinets from Lily Ann. The first order was great. All pieces were there and they looked good. But since then, I have placed several more orders and it takes and it takes at least 3 weeks to get my order and every single order since, has had missing pieces. I am ready to find another company to buy with. The cabinet quality is ok. If you are looking for a custom quality set, this is not the place for you. But if you are looking for a set that is slightly better than builders grade that looks good on appearance, then these are a good. Just be prepared to deal with delays and missing pieces.

Great service. Nice cabinets I am a professional carpenter I chose Lily Ann cabinets for my own kitchen. I was quoted double the price from big box stores for particle board cabinets. For the money these can't be beat. Keep in mind these are box cabinets not custom. You can make your own look custom if you know what you're doing. Don't expect the free design services to pull the kitchen of your dreams from a few dimensions you sketched. Very pleased with Lily Ann cabinets.

"Wrong cabinet"
Warning! A dishonest Lily Ann telephone salesman sold me the wrong cabinet (kitchen) when I clearly told him it would be for a bathroom. It arrived with damage. The owner refused to take it back or refund my money saying "it wasn't worth it to him." And it was not his fault the screws were loose in the packing so it scratched the "wood." I am upset about this rip off every time I see the cabinet which required extra time and money to make work.

"They never shipped anything..."
My experience was similar to a lot of others here. I had a relatively simple order to place so I thought I would give Lily Ann the benefit of the doubt and I learned the hard way that their poor reputation is well deserved. I placed my order online on June 6, a Saturday. I did not need any assistance as I already knew exactly what I needed (bathroom vanity and medicine chest), so there was no sales person to credit the sale to. Immediately after placing the order I get a couple confirmation type emails, pretty standard stuff for internet purchases nowadays. The following Wednesday (4 days later) I get an email that my order will be shipping soon, expect shipping details within 2 days. Didn't hear anything... Thursday of the following week (12 days after placing the order) I called for a status update. When you call LAC, a person always answers if they are open(no automated system, which is a plus). After telling them why you're calling, they always ask who your sales person was. In my opinion, this was a key factor to my predicament. I had no sales person, so they always transferred me to "the girls in the office" (my grandpa would love this place), but more on this later... Because I had no sales person, so I got transferred to the customer service black hole. I spoke to a seemingly helpful woman who confessed the "your order will ship soon" email was automated and essentially meaningless. She had no information on my order, but assured me she would "check with the warehouse" and get back to me. I never heard from this person again. The following Monday morning, 2 business days later, I called again and spoke to a guy who said he would transfer me but if I get voicemail I should send an email to lilyanncabinets.com. Apparently, he had consulted his magic 8 ball because no one answered when he transferred me and I got to someone else's voicemail. I sent an email as he suggested. Later that day, I got an email about "checking with the warehouse" again. This time it stated they would "get back to me shortly". I'm still waiting to hear back. Wednesday morning, several phone calls, several more transfers to voicemail black holes. After the third call I told the poor soul answering that I was done waiting for a response and wanted to cancel my order. So, I got transferred again and left another voicemail. To their defense, after this voicemail I got a call back within 20 minutes. I explained the situation and the man was courteous about giving a refund. I received an confirmation email a few hours later about the refund, so we'll see if I actually get my money back. There were two things I noticed about this experience. First, if you do not have a sales person helping you place the order then you have no one to see that the order gets shipped. Apparently the only people making sure the orders go out the door are the people making commission on those orders. The second thing I noticed, no one ever apologized about their poor service. Every single person I spoke to, minus the last individual, over promised and under delivered. This company is completely unapologetic about how absolutely terrible they are at doing the one thing they are supposed to do well. Buyer beware.

"Okay for the price"
I really love my final product; however had to add a lot to ensure the cabinets are securely affixed and stable. Without my uncle to assist with his crafty ingenuity, I would have been "very unsatisfied." First off, the cabinets are made in China, rather than in the US. That already add a bit of cheapness to the cabinets. Additionally, the overall cabinets fit, but there was a lot of wasted space given the fillers. Also, they didn't send enough crown moulding to fit the entire kitchen. My uncle had to leave without finishing, so gotta find someone else to finish up the work. While the measurements were spot on, the design could use a lot of work from Lily Ann. All in all, everything turned out well, but be prepared to add your own screws and some wood glue for added security.
