"Worst Ever Color Match"
Please save your money, this has been one of the most horrific experiences in a kitchen remodel, color samples do not match cabinets. I would not ever consider purchasing Schuler cabinets again.

"The worst ever color"
Color matched another color of cabinets, we ordered them 6 weeks later we get the cabinets labeled burned Siena glaze and the look orange. We have no luck on getting them remade. Worst ever experience for over 11k.

"Onyx Maple Cabinets"
We purchased Schuler cabinets from lowes and had them installed Feb/March 2016. At first we were super happy with the look and all the new extras we purchased. We had perfectly good oak cabinets prior to the reno but looking at updating we decided to go for it and do a full reno. The onyx maple cabinets now have purple stains in the inside of the cabinets. Schuler is stating its water damage. Poor poor quality cabinets do not invest your money. We had the oak cabinets for 15years with no damage at all Schuler's will not even make it to the two year mark. Save your 28,000 and do not use this company

"Terrible color match"
Attempting 4th try to match fridge panels to rest of cabinet color and now I hear schuler is pulling out of canada. Ordered cappuccino but getting dark coffee on ends. They are trying to scab a piece of sold wood onto end of cabinet to match. On the bright side I have a lot of 3/4 plywood to work with.

We started our order in January and as of May 6 th, we have had a delivery that had damage cabinets and the replacement came without doors, so far Lowe's and Schuler customer service has been dismal.

"The worst!"
I placed an order in December 2016 with Schuler custom cabinets at Lowes. It is now March 31st and I still have no kitchen. The first time my order arrived It had damaged cabinets, wrong sizes and worst yet the wrong color. I had to wait another 6 weeks to get the second order in and that was wrong too. The third time only part of the order came in and it to was wrong. I have called customer service 5 times now and left messages (nobody ever answers if you are on hold). They are the worst when it comes to production, craftsmanship and obviously horrible customer service.
