"Ultra Wash Dishwasher"
Dishwasher is less than 6 months old and the wheels that hold the upper rack have already broken and fallen off. The little plastic tabs that hold the wheels on snapped off. The dishwasher itself worked fine before this happened. It was quiet and cleaned the dishes well. It was hard to tell when the dishes were done because the display is tucked under the edge of the counter. Also, you have to hit the start button twice to start the dishwasher. The normal dish washing cycle also takes a couple of hours because of the drying cycle. I could live with all of these faults except the problem with the wheels! There is no excuse for the plastic part that holds the wheels to be made so poorly. I would not recommend buying this dishwasher.

"A Dishwasher That Does The Job But Costs A Lot To Use"
We bought our current Kenmore dishwasher about 8 years ago and have been basically happy with it. It has a lot of great features on it, such as a Smartwash option that apparently judges the dirtiness of the water and cleans accordingly. It has a sensor to detect the temperature of the water, to make sure the dishes are getting effectively cleaned, and it's a dishwasher that doesn't require you to wash your dishes before you load them in the dishwasher. It has a "grinding" ability in the bottom that will take care of small pieces of food and residue from the dishes, and send it out like a garbage disposal does. It is fairly quiet, unlike our old dishwasher that sounded like it was about to take off. The dishes come out really clean, considering we have extremely hard water. A hard water spot removing agent, like Jet Dry, in the dispenser usually takes care of that. My complaints are that this dishwasher takes FOREVER to clean the dishes. A full load can take up to 80 minutes to complete, which means a huge amount of hot water is being used, and so our gas bill really went up after we bought this dishwasher. Two prongs in the upper shelf have broken off, and I'm not sure why. Maybe they got too hot. We haven't had to have any repairs on it yet, and hopefully we won't need to. I would probably buy this same brand again and recommend it to a friend, but I would love to find one that is faster and more efficient with hot water use and can save us on our energy bills. I'd also like to see one with sturdier shelving and prongs to hold the dishes. Overall, it's been a good dishwasher.

"Good dishwasher for the price"
We have owned our dishwasher for two years now. I like the fact that it has a mode for pots and pans and also a heat sanitizing mode. It makes me feel that it really gets my dishes clean. This dishwasher is very loud at certain parts of the cycles. Already we have had to replace the spray arm at the top because it melted and broke off. This part has been very hard for us to find and therefore we still don't have one. I would recommend this dishwasher to a friend if they were needing something quickly or just to have one to put up for sale. This dishwasher works to fulfill our daily needs, but it is not a long-term solution for us. Some of Kenmore's other models might be a better value for the money than this one has been, but all-in-all this dishwasher is not that bad.

"Kenmore Dishwashers are Great Products"
Two years ago I purchased my Kenmore Stainless Steel Dishwasher. It has been doing a great job ever since. I have to say that I love pretty much everything about it. It is very spacious, quiet, and also easy to use. I was really surprised on how quiet it was being that the price was so affordable. If I had to pick something I don't like about it I would have to say I don't like the settings on it. Most dishwashers have many more settings than this model. I would want another gentle cycle besides the one it has. I think the gentle cycle is a bit harsher than the competing brands. I have had nothing go wrong with my dishwasher. I would buy this again if I had to redo it. I would also recommend to all of my friends as well. Overall, this is a great, affordable dishwasher.

"Kenmore has the best Built-In Dishwasher ever"
I bought it 8 months ago,it's the best. I like 360 deg. Power-Wash technology features. I dislike one thing about it which sometimes it leaves the glasses cloudy. I never replaced it or repair it. Of course, I would recommend it to a friend because I used to have an old model of Kenmore dishwashers.

"The best dishwasher I ever owned!"
I have owned this dishwasher for over a couple months now. Things I like about it is that it has a built in food disposal and cleans dishes very well. Things I dislike are that it is only heated drying and does not have no gentle wash cycle. I have never had to repair or replace it yet. I would recommend it to a friend.

"Kenmore Dishwasher is Perfect"
I have owned my Kenmore dishwasher for over five years and I have never had a problem with it. I love how spacious the dishwasher is in general. I haven't ever had a problem with not being able to fit all of my dishes in to it, no matter how many guests I have had over at my home. I also like how quiet the dishwasher is when it runs. I have known other people whom have extremely loud dishwashers, but I do not even notice when mine is running. The only thing that I have found that I do dislike over the years is that I wish there was more room for the silverware on the bottom rack. In five years I have not ever had to repair it or replace any of the parts. If I were to ever need to purchase another dishwasher, I would definitely purchase another Kenmore and I have recommended it to several of my friends.

"Dishwasher: Efficient or Bust?"
I purchased my Kenmore dishwasher about 8 months ago. The dishwasher was very easy to install. I have very little experience with any kind of plumbing or electric installation, but the directions were very detailed and yet simple enough to guide me through the entire process. The dishwasher meets all of my expectations and more. When it runs, it is very quiet and doesn't make a loud commotion that disturbs my family when we watch TV in the next room. The dishwasher I had previously (an older one) was very loud and turning the TV up was a necessity when the thing kicked on. It also has a nice variety of cleaning processes to meet whatever size load of dishes. And the cleaning itself is wonderful; the dishes come out perfectly clean and even dried on grease is completely gone. Overall, I would gladly recommend this product to anyone looking for a new dishwasher. This brand is definately a reliable choice and is certainly worth at least researching.

"Review of my Kenmore dishwasher"
I have had my Kenmore dishwasher for a little over a year and am fairly satisfied with how it works. I like how it's simple to understand and use, it only has a few buttons that are clearly labeled. I like how it gives you different options on the different level of wash you want to do. It always seems to do a good job at getting all of the dishes clean and rinsed well. A few things I dont like about this dishwasher is how noisy it is. You can be in the other room and still be able to hear it as if you were standing right next to it. It also seems to take a lot longer to go through a wash cycle than my other dishwasher. I have never had any problems with the dishwasher and never had to do any repairs on it. I would probably consider buying this brand again but would want to look around at other brands and reviews first.

"Our new kenmore dishwasher."
We had to replace our dishwasher last year because the one we had started to leak all through the floor. We shopped around for a while and decided on a Kenmore. So far, it has done everything we have put to it. The Kenmore works much better than the old one we had. It is much quieter than anything we have had before. We got one that is all white and it matches everything in our kitchen very well. The best part about this dishwasher is the capacity. It can hold much more dishes than the one we had before. It also cleans very well. With the old one, we would have to clean them a little before we put them away. Now all we have to do is put them through the washer and put them away. It's great to not have any extra work. This dishwasher is great and I would recommend it to anyone.

"Modern Dishwasher"
Our Kenmore dishwasher is a great appliance. We recently purchased this dishwasher to replace our Whirlpool dishwasher and it has been working great for our family. We don't need to rinse every dish because it cleans very thoroughly. It has lots of space for cups and plates, and the racks are adjustable so you can fit more dishes and items if necessary. My favorite feature is the drop down rack that allows us to stack cups on the top rack. It is also very good about drying the dishes well. We run it without heated dry and all the dishes are well dry every morning. One thing I don't like about it is that the bottom rack springs back very easily when you pull it out, so you have to pull it completely out or else it rolls back in on its own. This dishwasher has lots of space, runs quietly and is very efficient. I would recommend it to my friends and family.

"Kenmore Elite Dishwasher"
We have owned our Kenmore Elite Ultrawash dishwasher for over 4 years. This dishwasher has a standard setup of two racks, for dishes, cutlery and tall items on the bottom, and glasses, mugs and other smaller items on top. It has several nice features including: adjustable height upper rack, wine glass stem holders, knife holders, turbo zone pot scrubber mode, smart wash mode to name a few. It does a great job cleaning all items, even when it is overstuffed. We had to replace the cutlery holder, as the bottom started to have holes, which allowed the cutlery to drop down. We ordered the part online without issue. With a family of five, this dishwasher is in constant use and it holds up well. We would recommend it to friends, and buy it again.

"Least favorite appliance"
I have owned the dishwasher for 3 years (when I moved into my home) and I find it to be more of an inconvenience more than anything. Mostly because the dishes more often than not come out with stains and spots, which then requires me to hand wash them. Another thing is the noise, it's the loudest dishwasher I've ever heard and that can get to be very annoying. Another dislike is the rack that pull out to put the dishes on; they get stuck going back in quite often and it get frustrating trying to get them to go back in properly. I guess it's good to have when there's dishes piling out of the sink, I always have the option to throw the small things in the dishwasher, but it rarely get's used. I'd say it pretty much turned me away from ever buying a dishwasher in the future, so no, I wouldn't recommend this particular brand of dishwasher to anyone...even though I haven't had to replace it....yet.

"I never knew my dishes could be this clean!"
I purchased my Kenmore dishwasher 1 year ago this March. After having to wash half of my dishes by hand after they came out of my old dishwasher, I realized it was time for a change. I selected my Kenmore dishwasher based solely on the price, since it was the cheapest on that Sears offered, and it has more than paid for itself. My dishes come out crystal clean, with no food or soap residue. The dishwasher is a deep-tub style, so I'm able to fit large pots and pans in it without struggling for room. Also, having a spray arm for both the top and bottom racks has ensured that all of my dishes get clean. I have already convinced my mother to replace her dishwasher with this brand, and she is just as happy as I am with its performance. I would highly recommend Kenmore's line of dishwashers.

"Review of my dishwasher"
Our dishwasher was installed brand new when we purchased our home in 2006. I am not at all satisfied with the dishwasher because it leaks water everytime we run a cycle. It also does not seem to clean very well at all. If it wasnt for the fact that we didnt pay for it and it was already installed we would have replaced it.

"This dishwasher is a great buy for the price"
My fiance and I moved about 6 months ago in to a new, small cabin apartment. We soon realized that the sink in the unit was too small to clean dishes in, and it was installed at such a height that we both had to lean down very far to wash a plate. After I injured my back in September, we decided to go ahead and spend the money to get a dishwasher hooked up. We went to our nearby Sears Outlet and found a Kenmore dishwasher that could be built in to our existing counters, and it was at a very good price, so we went with it. At first, we really regretted our decision. The dishwasher was VERY hard to install- physically impossible without another trip to Sears to purchase a specialized installation kit that, for whatever reason, they did not include with the machine. After a very long night spent installing it, we felt pretty miserable. Thankfully, we tried it out the next day on a load of dishes left from my fiance's birthday party. It works fantastic! The washer is very easy to load, and it gets dishes clean the first time- even if they go in quite dirty. The rack sizes allow me to put in my oddly shaped pots without having to play tetris to get them to fit, and it's so quite we can run it at night without it keeping us awake. Overall, I really like this washer. Our only issue was the installation- if Sears had included their installation kit with the purchase, I'd have to give it a 10 out of 10. We're glad we bought this machine, and we'd both recommend it to anyone looking for a good dishwasher at an affordable price.

"Kenmore Elite you disappoint me"
I have owned this dishwasher for little over 5 years now and I must say I am displeased. The first two years of owning the dishwasher were great. It cleaned well and is the quietest dishwasher I have owned. However, after the first two years its washing ability has been subpar. I have put dishes through 3-4 times and look as clean as the first time it went through. My glasses are never clear and always have mineral stains. I do not recommend this machine washer to anyone, I will be buying something else next go around.

"The best dishwasher you will ever buy."
I've only owned this dishwasher for about 2 months but already am in love with it! It has some amazing features which includes a quick rinse (for after a meal to just wash the food off), power jets in the back of the dishwasher to really clean your casseroles or other pans off, and it is very quiet! Another thing that is very nice about it is that you do not have to do any pre rinse of your dishes before you place them in your dishwasher because of how powerful the dishwasher is! As of now the only thing that I do not like about the dishwasher, is the fact that the loading cage slides in so easily, this may turn into a problem if it accidently gets slammed in thus breaking something. The design of the whole dishwasher appears that it would be very simple to repair if any parts were to get broken, and since it's a good brand buying repair parts is simple! I would defiantly recommend this brand to anyone who is looking for a very nice, efficient and durable dishwasher!

"Kenmore Dishwasher review"
I recently purchased a nice new Kenmore dishwasher from a mall close to my apartment. My old dishwasher was leaving dishes messy with water spots all over them so it was time for a change. After looking around a few places I decided to stick with the Kenmore dishwasher. The only con I can find about this dishwasher is lack of features other than that its a great buy and looks fantastic. Getting my dishes clean was always my main goal and this dishwasher does a fantastic job. my experience with this dishwasher has been nothing but great it does everything I need properly The dishwasher has several basic options that should cover peoples general needs. This dishwasher is one of the most quiet dishwashers ive owned or heard i very impressed with Kenmores design. Since i have bought KENMORE 13742 i am very happy with the results it has shown me and for me it is the most reliable dish washers i have ever had. I would definitely recommend it to those who are looking for something that looks good as well as serves good. I have heard and seen some comments, negative ones, about its durability but it has been quite a while that I am using it and don't have any issue regarding its durability or functioning. Infect I find it one of the most efficient and reliable one among its competitors or at least among the ones i had used in the past.
