"Disappointing"
This is a wall mount convection/conventional oven. When using the convection, I can only use the bottom rack. With the heating element on the top, anything above the bottom rack will cook on the top but not cook throughout. I have had multiple convection ovens and have loved being able to cook things like cookies on multiple racks. This oven comes with three racks, but two are useless. Something horribly wrong with this design.

"Knobs are a HUGE problem for safety"
We bought this stove last November 2021. We weren't having any issues until my wife leans on the knobs and they turn too easy and light up as we have a gas stove. Or you walk by the stove and the knobs are turned on but not lit. Then we smell gas. This issue is a BIG safety hazard. There really needs to be a more difficult way to start the burners. All she has to do is just brush against it and it lights. So now we have to take the knobs off the stove until we want to use it so that it doesn't light. Then we also have an issue with the electrical panel at the top with the oven. We will turn on the oven and then as it is heating up the electrical panel will just start beeping and showing 6 degrees, and then 66 degrees and then 666 degrees on there. The only way to get it to stop is to go down to the breaker panel and shut the breaker off and then turn it back on. But that doesn't always work either. Some times it still does it even though you have shut off the stove. We are at a loss on this. It is still under warranty from the seller so they are going to get it fixed, but all of these things are not good right before Thanksgiving when we are having a house full of people.

The worst stove I have ever purchased. Let me count the ways I Hate it. 1. It arrived broken warranty service fix 2. Had it 3 months now another part is broken. 3. The off button and the lock button are the same button. Put your food on the oven and when you turn it off it locks the oven and over cooks your food because you can't get it open. 4. When you use only one element, it makes the whole top hot and burns you if you lean against it. 5. The top does not lift up for cleaning so you have to stick your arms in the element holes to clean it and you never know if it is all clean under there. I am sure the list would go on if I have had it more than 3 months. Going to sell it online and take a loss and buy a different brand.

"Gallery series stove not safe for children"
We bought a new construction home that came with the Frigidaire gallery series gas range, microwave, and refrigerator in 2021. The gas range has an electric lock option that only works when the stove is off. When you turn the heat on, the stove will not lock the door to keep children safe. Also, there are sharp little metal vents in the door that can cut your child's fingers. Very sharp. You may be saying to yourself right now "well keep your child away from the stove", but if you're saying that, you obviously don't have a toddler. Why does this stove not have a mechanical door lock?

"Waste of money"
I purchased the Frigidaire Gallery Gas Freestanding gas range in October of 2019 and it was delivered in November 2019. It worked perfectly until April of 2020. Then it started beeping, the timer would come on by itself as well as the oven light. I contacted Frigidaire customer service and to give them credit they gave me a temporary extended warranty so I could get it fixed. That still hasn't happened. To date 4 repairmen have been to the house, one twice. The last time in December of 2021 I thought it was finally fixed. Then last weekend, the weekend of February 20th it started beeping again. Needless to say it has been unplugged since then. Per Frigidaire they won't even consider replacing it until the same part has been replaced 3 times under the extended warranty. My fear is if it can turn on the oven light and timer by itself, can it turn the oven on too?? I consider it a safety issue at this point. The next repairman is scheduled for this upcoming week. Range is beautiful and when it works right it's awesome but the control panel in these is a known issue and it has been replaced twice. Needless to say if I have to replace it, it won't be with another Frigidaire

"One step above a wood stove"
On avg a stove should last about 10 -15 yrs. They say there made in the USA but have a huge Mexican plant... So after just 6 yrs the controller cards fail constantly and they make them just as cheap as possible... Buy a decent induction stove and stop having to constantly fix broken Frigid garbage appliances... Seriously the quality is just not there

"Did not maintain heat"
Purchased this gas stove for our lake house, 4 years ago. 2020 and pandemic we finally used the oven, failure it was the worst cooking experience. the stove could not hold it's heat, for an hour it baked at 300 I set 350, so I kept testing finally had to adjust to 400, it actually held 400. By now we are over an extra hour to cook our 13.5 lbs turkey. I've had it too long to make a case, but feel sad, what happened to building quality? hell our gas stove at our home lasted 31 years.

"Gallery gas range"
This stove is less than two years old . The electronic control board does not work and unable to use stove. Frigidaire has not been able to supply appropriate part and the that came for replacement was the wrong one. Still trying to get the right part and Frigidaire is not cooperating even though I paid $250 for the wrong part shipped as per there product number. Have not had use of stove now for four weeks. This is insane. Do not buy Frigidaire products?

"Beware! Fire Hazard!"
Our three year old Frigidaire FGEF3032MF range caught on fire when the control panel suddenly arched, sparked and sent smoke throughout the kitchen. Luckily, the breaker tripped preventing what could have been a major fire. The entire control panel was black as coal from the electrical fire. Frigidaire seemed quite disinterested when I called.

"Glass blew out, overheating"
My Frigidaire stove has gave me grief. The glass blew out of the oven door the first year I bought the stove in 2014. If one of my grandchildren are anyone in the kitchen when the glass blew out in a million pieces we could have been hurt or killed and my tiny ones could have surly been killed. It was repaired and today 02/04/16 the stove overheated and was smoking from the back and if I had not been near the kitchen my home could have burned down.. I do want a replacement of a new stove, this is a very bad product and I hold the company responsible. Please email me if the company wants to settle this dangerous matter and let me know what you will do to end this terrible complaint or do I have to see a lawyer. Hope to hear from you so we can settle this dangerous issue. I unplugged my stove and will never use it again for fear of a fire.

"This stove almost chopped my thumb off!"
Do not buy a Figidaire gallery stove! The knobs are so hot you can't touch them, the door will not close all the way, the bottom oven rack does not work, and I got three stitches in my thumb trying to adjust the door while following directions. Do they not test these death traps before they sale them?

"Fire hazard"
I bought a Fridgidaire fef352ds 7 years ago for a rental. It was lightly used by an elderly lady. Recently, the oven overheated to come to a glow inside. Even the walls got warm. Apparently the circuitboard and thermostat went out. This stove has not had that much use. It should not be a fire hazard.

Not saisfied with this product. Within two years of purchase we had to replace one of the oven burners and the oven door handles are constantly falling off on one side or the other. I will not purchase another Frigidaire product for my kitchen.

"Frigidaire 30" Stove"
I purchased this stove about a month ago. So far I have not had any problems with it. I was a little unused to how the stove top lights. You have to hold the knob on light for a little longer then you would on a normal gas stove, but once you get used to it than it's not a big deal. I am a big time cupcake maker and this stove cooks them perfectly. I always leave them in for less time than usual because the gas stove cooks a little faster than an electric stove. I like that the burners have a simple cover that is easy to clean around because my last gas stove did not. I have not had any problems with it yet. I would by far buy the same brand again. The reason I chose this stove is because I have heard many good things about them. I love this stove and I love how it cooks.

"drop in range"
The heat vents from above the oven door. It is impossible to cook on top of the stove while the oven is on due to the heat coming from the front of the oven. I do a lot of baking and this is not a good stove for that.

I was very disappointed that my new range and microway both being a frigidaire model LGGF3044LF did not include a book on the use of the convection oven or on the microway or use of the setting for the use with the appliance.

"Great Buy for Gas Stove - Frigidaire Stainless Steel Gas Range"
We have owned this Frigidaire range for almost 4 years now and I am fairly happy with it. The main reasons I purchased this model were the low price and the stainless steel look. The range works great and I love that the burners are reliable and easy to light. The stove top is fairly easy to clean; you can take off the burners and soak them in the sink. I also have never had any problems with the electronics on the stove, everything is still working great. My biggest problem with the range is that the oven does not cook as evenly as I would like, and I wish that I would have bought the model with the oven cleaner (this model is the manual). I think the Frigidaire brand is fantastic and would definitely by another stove from them, but I would spend a bit more for a model with more features.

"Hot and Delicious"
I have been using this Frigidaire stove since 2009 when I moved into the house I am renting. The three burners that work are great at cooking food, they heat evenly and the burners are gentle on my aluminum pots and pans. The fourth burner has never worked, and thankfully my landlord recognizes that it was that way when I moved in. I haven't tried to repair it because other than the one burner, it works just fine. I like that it has a timer built into it so that when I am baking cookies I don't have to keep watching the clock. However, there are three different timers, which is sometimes confusing. There are some things I like about the stove, but some that I don't. When I own my own home, I might get a Frigidaire, or I might not, but I won't purchase the same model.

"Look No Further For A Reliable Stove"
I have the FGGF3054KF 30 Freestanding Gas Range with 5 Sealed Burners - Stainless Steel stove. It has worked perfectly for 5 years now. The only problem I have is the warranty. It's only a 2 year warranty. I have had mine for 5 years (as previously mentioned) and it has, and still works great, but only after a replacement of the outer handle, for which you grab to open the stove. The screws in this broke into the stove and I had to forcefully take the handle out, from which it obviously broke off. The warranty didn't cover this after 5 years, and I am a little disappointed. Otherwise this is a great stove. Very reliable and nicely manufactured. I like the one touch options as well as the bold chrome accents. It even has 5 burners, great for getting out of the kitchen faster and for multitasking It is stainless steel, and I would easily buy another stove from this company, Frigidaire.
