"Stove"
We purchased our Hardwick Gas range almost 46 years ago. Still love this stove even it's avocado green color. Maybe out of style in color but not in performance. Our only problem with this stove is replacing the knobs. Will keep it as long possible because even if our power goes off our oven still works. No electric thermostat. Thank you producing such a quality product.

"Sad to see it go!"
After 48 years and only one thermostat and one burner it's time to say goodbye. I can't say enough how reliable this stove was for my family. They purchased it new in 1971.

"Well worth it"
I bought my Hardwick Debutante double oven in 1972. It has been used every day since. My 93 yr old mother and 96 yr old stepdad are living in our old house and still use it every day. It was well worth the money spent. Appliances built today do not last this long. I'm very satisfied.

"My Hardwick is a 100 Year Centennial model"
I have used this stove for 17 years and it has been great. I got it used myself. The oven thermostat went out on it last month and I have not been able to find the replacement part. Very sad. I love love love this stove and hate to have to replace it!

I want to know why no one makes a 30 inch drop-in gas range anymore. I currently have one that was manufactured by Hardwick and installed in 1994 under the brand name of Kenmore. I can find all of the electric 30 inch drop-ins, no gas and I want to know why. It's been an excellent gas range and I hate to be forced to switch to an electric. I can purchase a 30 inch slide-in, but will need a carpenter to cut out the cabinet and not damage the newly installed granite counter-top.
