"Nice addition to the home"
I've had this stove for over 5 years and I gotta say, it's pretty nice. Nothing about it is super special but it is quite big and was cheap. Since the coils on the stove top are exposed things heat up much quicker than those fancy new ones where there are covered. I never even have to clean it thanks to the self-clean function. One of the problems with this however is that the timer displays 1 min less than there actually is until it reaches 1 min, so for example it will say 1 min is left then when the actual last min it will countdown the seconds. The only other problem is that it is made will cheap material so the handle to open the oven is loose. In spite of this I have never had to fix any of it. In all I got to say, my Kenmore is pretty reliable and a brand I would definetly go back to.

"A very old stove."
We bought our house ten years ago. The stove that we own now was the stove that came with the house. It is a very old stove. I don't like anything about the stove except that it works and it has been very dependable. We have never had to get it fixed. Kenmore seems to be a very reliable brand. The design is very old and out dated. I do not know how old it is, but it looks very old. The burners are detachable and they are always moving especially when you don't want them to. The oven does not bake evenly and if you do not watch it carefully it burns easily. You have to monitor it constantly and adjust the temperature as it bakes to insure it bakes right. I am not much of a baker, so this problem has not motivated me to replace it. We are starting to look at new stoves and will probably buy a new one at the end of the year. The flat stoves are very attractive. I would buy a Kenmore stove again just not an old one.

"I love my gas stove!"
I've owned my stove for approximately three years. I love the fact that it is a gas stove that can cook my food evenly, especially if I am baking. I have had a couple of small issues with my stove. 1.) I found out that if you have items in the cabinet on the bottom and it's pushed too far to the back, the pilots won't work. Also, the heating elements have also gotten a little rusty, which makes it difficult to clean. I haven't had to have it repaired yet, which is great. I also purchased a warranty as well. I would definitely recommend it to a friend, but warn them about the small problems I had so they will be aware of them.

"Flattop is the best-top"
We first got this stove in somewhere around 1998, and from the very minute we owned it, I knew I'd like it. I was never a fan of the juxtaposing burners of the old style ovens, so it was a breath of fresh air. There are four dials for each burner, as well as a multitude of other buttons for other features, including timers, baking, etc. It was convenient to use, though I never used it when we first got it. I eventually made use of it when I learned to cook more, usually cooking things like eggs, pizza, and confectionery items. I also enjoyed not having to get into the burners to clean them, since there were no openings in the top like old ovens do. I really don't have anything to criticize about it; even if it's perhaps only good, there really are no flaws to speak of, besides maybe being a little aged compared to newer ovens. Overall, while it's not up-to-date, it would still be worth buying - assuming you could still find one in stores.

"My lovable new Stainless Steel Stove"
I've owned my stove for 7 months now. I bought a house and it have a stove (previous owner's took it away). I decided to go ahead and buy Stainless Steel appliances. The stove I purchased has a glass cook top and double ovens. The lower oven even comes with a fan for convection heating. I love the way the stove looks and performs. It cooks all meals evenly. Having two ovens is an amazing feature I recommend to everyone. It is so convenient to be able to cook a different meal in each oven at the same time. The other thing I love about the stove is the digital controls. They are pinpoint accurate and make it easy to understand. So far, I have not had any issues and have no complains about the stove. I have not had any repairs on the product, as it has performed wonderful. If I had to do it again, I would definitely buy this stove. I would recommend everyone looking for a new stove, to take a look at Kenmore; you will get your money's worth.

"Kenmore stove rocks!"
I have a very beautiful stove from Kenmore. I have owned it for around four years now and it is still working well. In these four years, I have never repaired it or I don't remember having any problems with it. I use it everyday and even more during festive season and parties. I love the way it cooks, first it is very energy efficient, second it has four burners so that I can cook many things at a time, third I love its oven. I love the style and the color (its black my favorite color). The only thing I don't like about it is it's quite difficult to clean. Food material stuck in the corners of the oven and at times it becomes impossible to clean. Otherwise the stove rocks. I would always buy the stove from Kenmore and suggest everyone else to do so.

"I LOVE MY ELECTRIC RANGE"
MY ELECTRIC RANGE IS AWESOME. I HAVE A KENMORE ELECTRIC RANGE MODEL 790.9603 THAT I HAVE OWNED FOR ABOUT 6 MONTHS. I LOVE THE GLASS TOP BECAUSE IT IS VERY EASY TO CLEAN AND IT KEEPS THINGS FROM FALLIN DIRECTLY ON THE BURNER. IT ALSO HAS A SELF-CLEANING OVEN WHICH COMES IN VERY HANDY. THE OVEN COOKS VERY EVENLY AND I HAVE NOT BURNED ANYTHING IN IT SO FAR. THERE IS NOTHING ABOUT THE RANGE THAT I DISLIKE TO A GREAT EXTENT. THE ONLY THING THAT I SEEM TO HAVE PROBLEMS DOING IS LEARNING HOW TO OPERATE THE TIMER. I AM MORE OLD SCHOOL AND, I LIKE KNOBS MORE THAN I DO DIGITAL TIMERS. HOWEVER, THIS IS A VERY MINIMAL CONCERN. IN SHORT, THE KENMORE LINE IS VERY GOOD IN GENERAL, AND MY RANGE IS NO EXCEPTION. THE QUALITY IS UNSURPASSED. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS RANGE TO EVERYONE WITH NO FEAR. I GIVE IT FIVE STARS ON EVERY POINT.

"bad product don't back you up"
I bought all new appliances in June 2008 from Sears all Kenmore My fridge has had 2 repairs for the same thing the entire seal is ripped apart and the motor has broken and Kenmore won't even help with the problem all they want is more money from you the fridge is 2 years old manufactured in 02-08> I went shopping on Saturday spent 218.00 and lost all my fridge fod because the motor went out for the second time called sears and kenmore they said for 251.00 we can fix it they are complete junk I will never buy another thing from sears they are not america's company that is for sure
